We just came through the drive thru and the lady at the window was extremely rude! Older lady with a hell of an attitude because they couldn’t find my order. We pick up 2 blenders every morning like clockwork and have since you opened. You do the math. Glad I have a dash cam that records audio! I’ll be posting the video to YouTube! We won’t be back!!!
I Love scooters, if you haven't been there you are really missing out on a treat. The staff is amazing and the drinks are delicious.

My review is based on good old fashioned ethics. My daughter worked here, and from the start complained about receiving poor training contradictory instructions from different managers. Even the goods sold here are not consistent because of employees not following instructions. Because of either poor training or just deliberate refusal to perform their job as instructed. I reached out to the owner of this franchise to rectify issues and had a pleasant conversation with a considerable amount of flattery, although in the end it was just an act. This location at the very least is very poorly operated and needs a qualified manager to straighten out the current employees or just get new ones. I strongly caution anyone from working here unless you are just looking to experience what it's like to work at a poorly run business. As long as you go into it expecting a cluster of problems, consisting of mixed direction, no training, lots of petty rumors amongst kids and downright lies, you may suffer some damage as a good employee. I gain nothing from this review, I choose to leave it as a warning to others since the owner didn't follow through based our communications. Good luck.

Drive-thru only coffee stop, easy to access just off the interstate. Standard Scooter's menu plus Nitro cold brew. Pro tip: Ask about the brewed coffee flavor of the day, and try it as a cafe au lait! Seems like a newer shop designed to handle a high volume of customers with two drive-thru lanes for taking orders, although only one was open the Saturday afternoon I passed through, and there was a moderate wait in line. The experience felt very transactional, but efficient for grabbing coffee and getting back on the road.

This was my first visit to Scooters and I was NOT disappointed. I ordered a vanilla latte and cake pops. Most places only give you like 2 shots of vanilla before you have to pay more. They give you 5 which is great if you don’t want your coffee to taste like coffee. The cake pops were amazing. Will definitely visit again.
Fast friendly coffee cheaper than Starbucks
I’ve ordered here about 10x so far, always the same thing, hot Caramelicious. Someone there makes a killer Caramelicious but unfortunately I’ve only had a good one about 3/10 times. I’m tired of pouring out drinks and tossing my money down the drain too. They have the potential to be great, all the time. I’ve never encountered anyone rude and the wait time is fine. I’d rather wait a little longer for a great coffee than be rushed through with garbage.
