Two days in a row came in about an hour after opening for a cold brew. Both days was told that they are working on it. First day we left without buying anything, second day we settled for an iced americano. The iced americano was undrinkable, we didn't end up finishing it. Sad to throw two full drinks away. Was a very disappointing experience because both of us are in a master's program and looking for a coffee shop (preferably local) to study in. If a staff member explained when to come back for cold brew, that the timing we came in we should not expect it, or offered an alternative would have understood. Sadly, we did not receive any feedback from the staff. Would have loved to support a local business nearby, but after two failed attempts we will not be coming back. We ended up driving to knob noster both days when we want to support Warrensburg business.

Delicious coffee and great vibes! I got a latte with oat milk and it was so yummy. You can taste the quality! I also loved the artwork and overall aesthetic. Fast and great service, too.

I go there to meet my mentor. It is a nice place for a good conversation. I don't drink coffee, but the smoothies are yummy. I also enjoy their muffins, lemon/blueberry bread.

I'm not sure if I went on a bad day or what but the coffee was not good. My iced latte taste awful. It was like a cup of coffee watered down with milk. There were espresso/coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. 3/5 because it's a nice vibe inside and the pastries looked great.

This place has gone down hill since the new owners. Be aware of any business the new owners should open in the near future

I'm in town for business and this place is a short walk from my Airbnb. Great place to just sit, sip & catch up on my email. Excellent coffee, small but nice selection of pastries.

This placed has been my go-to for many years! As a Warrensburg native, It breaks my heart to be leaving a negative review for such a well loved downtown Warrensburg gem. However, the hours of operation have been significantly reduced. Now they close every day at 2pm. I’ve just gotten off work and walked up to find the lights turned off and door locked! I wondered if it was a holiday until I looked online! This means that my afternoons/evenings at one of my favorite places in town are a thing of the past. Most people work during the day well past 2pm so I’m curious to know what led them to this decision in reduced hours but it’s a sad day today. Edit: New management and a lovely response! Just temporary hours of operation. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing place, from the staff to everything they serve is phenomenal but my favorite is the chicken salad, you cannot get a better chicken salad sandwich anywhere. Like my kiddo says, Dad can we have this every night for dinner LOL 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Tried the cold brew and it was delicious paired with a slice of lemon blueberry pound cake and it was the perfect morning treat. Customer service was amazing, can't wait to come again.

Needed to go to the bathroom while walking the square. "Is there a bathroom I can use?" "Yes for paying customers only." Bought the cheapest thing I could find on the menu that looked enjoyable labelled 1 dollar so I could use the bathroom. "That'll be 2-and-something dollars." Turns out that "alt milk" is actually an up-charge to another base price. Got the coconut milk. Went to the bathroom. Good bathroom. Came back out to drink the milk. Really bitter coconut milk, had vastly superior sweet blue coconut milk at the farmer's market for a flat $5 last week. Would have instead bought something more expensive as a meal after using the bathroom had they just pointed me onward no questions asked. Would have been okay to ignore these issues if the milk at least tasted good. Maybe a standard go-in-and-eat experience is better, but this was my only interaction in recent memory. Not inclined to go back.

I've been here twice and every time I've been amazed. The service is wonderful and the coffee is outstanding! Update: this review was left when the establishment was being ran by the previous owners. I went in a couple months ago and have not returned because when I got my coffee it was all milk (it was even tinted white) and looked like it had maybe 1/3 of a shot in it. I explained to the employee and she said “if you want more coffee and less milk you can order a bigger size.” I was confused and tried to get my order remade and after that I just straight up gave up on this coffee shop. I’m not sure if they have improved since this time. Edit #2: I have seen today that it is under new ownership again. Will update review.

This is a cozy, friendly coffee house with good desserts and coffee. The White Chocolate Mocha is very good, as well as the cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos. I like the rustic decor and historical references to the Old Drum story.

Good food, the drink specials are super creative and good. Chill vibes. The only gripe is the amount of flys in the place. I wish I could've sat and enjoyed my coffee without swatting away a fly every 10 seconds.
