Was passing through and thought we'd try Clark Street Cafe. The staff was very friendly. Food was excellent. I tried the nostalgic scrambler. It was a huge portion and was so good. My wife got the quiche Lorraine. It was also excellent. I would definitely eat here again.
We were on vacation and found this gem . Need to check this cute place out 👍👍
Very good sandwiches and wraps. Welcoming atmosphere.
Quaint little corner bakery. They bring a light and airy ambiance to your dining experience, with adequate seating options, including the solo diner, as well as outdoor seating. The menu options aren't overwhelming, including simple dishes, like biscuits and gravy, which I had today, with hot Chai tea. The staff are quick, cheery, and helpful. It was barely a couple of minutes before my order was brought to the table. The food, however, may have some room or improvements. While the biscuits were buttery and flaky, they were slightly overcooked but not inedible. The gravy was a traditional sausage gravy. At first sight, it looks perfect. Upon closer inspection, it appears to perhaps be reheated or not cooked long enough. The traditional creamy texture of gravy is reduced to a slightly thicker than normal gravy with flower freckles scattered throughout. The flavor was nearly on point, though as a whole dish. The hot Chai tea is spectacular! A perfectly blended Chai and steamed cream served at precisely the right temperature! I'm just barely able to sip. Overall, I've had better, but I've certainly had worse and will come back again.
Love this place! Great salads, soups and sandwiches! The coffee drinks are amazing. The owner and staff are friendly!
Stopped while on a family road trip. Kids loved the breakfast sandwiches. I loved the Cali wrap. Well worth the drive a little into town rather than hitting the typical fast food off the highway
One of my favorite places to go!
The food and service at the Clark Street Cafe is always good. It's always a good place to grab a bite to eat.
I have to say it's pretty damn good. All except the owners. Lol just kidding rhere ok too.
The nostalgic "scrambler"is my choice every time. The Graug,is not bad either. The baked goods are in a league, all there own. It's a place to return to,time and time again.
I love this place! The staff is fantastic, and the food is always great!!
Love finding good quality, locally owned businesses that are unique. The food was delicious, the coffee was great, and everyone there including the customers were nice!
We were passing through from STL on our way to Branson and we’re looking for somewhere to get food. If you are looking for a delicious meal that won’t make you feel terrible this place is it. The roast beef dunker was the best French dip I have ever had and the potato soup was delicious. I got the pick three and everything I ordered was fresh and great quality. On our way out we cleared out their pastry case. Their gooey butter cake and crinkle cookies are Divine.
I GUARANTEE ITS THE BEST CAFE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY! Make sure to try this out! 👍
Great food and excellent service. Food is delicious and quick, coffee is exceptionally good. Love love love this place
Excellent food, staff and atmosphere.
Excellent! I had the pick 2 with a ham sandwich and their soup of the day which was a Beefy Cabbage Soup. The soup isn't a regular menu item but it's delicious and deserves to be. Fun and interesting place to have lunch and the staff was super nice. We will definitely be back!
I visit as often as I can. The Greek salad is so good that I can't bring myself to try any of the others!
Good people! Great place to eat and I love their coffee. The service is great as well.
