A great spot to give St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake a try! And across.the street from an adorable little pocket park if you want to sit outside.

Great coffee—especially in an area with not a lot of options. Lovely baked goods but limited selection of savory options for non-meat eaters. Helpful staff.

Amazing! Had an iced coffee and the OMG bar I think it is. Adequately priced for local coffee shop. Good ambience. Free WiFi of course. Fast service!

Best coffee on in the area. Beats Starbucks especially since the Starbucks over here closes at 12pm??? Definitely better than starbucks! Definitely recommend it here.

Great food and staff but there's a manager all employees and customers should look out for because he is extremely prejudice and disrespectful towards black people and disrespectful to women and his name is Pana remember it.

The staff here is awesome! They're so welcoming and sweet and make me want to come back every day. Except this one guy. He's nice to look at, but he's also shooting the stink eye and pays too much attention to women while completely writing off any male customers. Nix him and the place is an 11/10.

Cute coffee shop, located in entryway of apartment building. Super friendly employee. Coffee was great. Went to try the butter cake, which may be an acquired taste, Super sweet, all I could taste was sugar, but other choices were probably more my speed.

I was so excited to come to St. Luis because of a few reasons one being the butter cake. Unfortunately, it wasn’t giving what I thought it would’ve. The women in the front was sweet and helpful and that is where the stars come in.

This place is home to one of my favorite baristas in St. Louis! Corey Ernst-Davis...this shop is so much more than just great coffee and gooey butter cake 😋 (although this is my favorite spot for coffee) This shop is a central location for networking, business meetings, and the genuine warmth, care, and hospitality of the workers there. Jenny & Joe (enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 Joe 👋🏿) were amazing! Truly a wonderful experience every time 👌🏿

The best local coffee shop in St. Louis! While the downtown location was where I was first introduced to Park Avenue, I think I’ve made myself a local at every location in the City at this point (though the OG Lafayette Square location is my fav)! The flavored drinks are yummy, but coffee is top-notch and flavorful enough to drink black. The food is always great & the portions are decent in comparison to other coffee shops, so you feel like you are getting your moneys worth. They are known for their variety of gooey butter cakes, but anything I’ve had there has been yummy! My favorite part of Park Ave, though, is the people. The employees always make a point to remember your name (& order if you have a usual), and make you feel welcome. Warm & cozy atmosphere.

I came here yesterday for the 1st time and loved it so much. Came back today expecting the same experience. The cashier was amazing and was very helpful and nice. The lady making the coffees her name was Stephanie I believe was rude and was yelling at the cashier her name was Julie in front of a store full of people. Had to wait over 30 mins for 1 coffee and had people here before me waiting for who knows how long. Stephanie was definitely the problem, she was making the wrong sized drinks, and not in any order. The cashier Julie was amazing and she definitely handled herself well. Stephanie was rude to even me at one point, VERY disappointed in the manager acting like that. Julie even tried to help at one point but got told to leave. Very disappointed in this. Stephanie actually WALKED OUT and was rude to me as she left. After she left things got better and Julie was actually able to help! We got our drinks in less than 2 mins! The beginning was very interesting and wasn't sure I would come back but at the end of this experience I definitely would love to come back.

Let march 19th go down as the most entertaining day at this shop. Now let me say that the cashier Julie was very sweet. She has a lot more patience than I would have, considering that the barista that continued to make incorrect drinks and sizes is somehow the manager???? The manager Stephanie seemed to be just making up coffee to make. At one point there was at least 5 drinks that we're unclaimed because they were incorrect and she said "Everybody just take whatever, I don't care anymore." I'm sorry but I'm not taking a coffee I didn't pay for. It's a shame We waited over thirty minutes for 2 coffees. The manager Stephanie then started attacking customers saying that it wasn't her fault and getting in verbal altercations with us and her team members. When we obviously told her that she was wrong and that she was acting unprofessionally. SHE JUST WALKED OUT. Because she couldn't handle the confrontation of 3 of us being upset with her. Again, the others working there were so patient and kind. The owner came in and did confirm Stephanie was fired.

Park avenue coffee is amazing! We stopped here when visiting and were impressed. I got a Carmel macchiato and my husband got a double chocolate Frappuccino. The macchiato was a little sweet but really good and the frap had just the right amount of bitter/sweet. They even made my son an Italian soda. We also got butter cake and cookies. All of which were amazing! Definitely recommend!!!
