Awesome atmosphere and coffee! Mark, the owner, and his staff are super friendly and gracious hosts. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into making the space comfortable and homey. Definitely worth the visit! Highly recommend the Cema Special!

Best coffee joint in the city. An coffee was so delicious in 20 years of drinking coffee; definitely hit a grand slam on that one owner.
The owner is a bigot. There are plenty of other places in st. Louis to buy overpriced coffee. Don’t waste your money on a place that supports hate.

Started with a cortado. Then a cold brew. Went back the next day for the pour over (chemex). Every one was delicious. The coffee itself is very very good and the care and skill that's put into making your coffee is so evident in speaking with the owner. Truly a wonderful local coffee shop that you need to visit. Skip the Starbucks and go get some Omen coffee.
Great experience, beautiful space. The owner is super friendly, grounded and is humble enough to work the front! Great things coming his way and for the shop!:) Also the coffee and baked goods were top notch. Already sent a link to my friend in STL to go visit with her husband and also with all their friends who are in the area.
I have not had the pleasure of being able to come to the shop in person, but have ordered the coffee online to my home in Chicago. It was so good & I placed another order! Love supporting small businesses that are passionate about what they serve

Great coffee (be sure to grab a bag of alchemy) and amazing atmosphere with lots of space to work or relax. If you like something other than a drip cup of alchemy, the Cema special was also super tasty.

Visiting from out of state and decided to stop in for a latte. I’m so happy I did because the coffee was so good, fairly priced, and the owners were so kind and personable! The cafe is cute and a great spot for those looking to get some work done or read. Thank you guys for a great experience and the suggestions for spots to check out in STL!
Spacious coffee shop with hood Java and pastries. Friendly staff. Even seemed to have a resident dog on the Sunday I was there. What more can you ask for?

Extremely friendly staff and great coffee! I had their special iced coffee and is delicious. The place is really spacious and beautifully decorated with tons of tables to study and get work done alone and in groups, with outlets everywhere to charge your devices if you need to. I will be coming back often! Easy parking too. Overall, this was an instant favorite and one of the best coffee shops in St. Louis!
Good coffee, great baked items, and excellent customer service from Mark this morning. For coffee we tried the caramel latte and Cema special with oat milk, and both were great---very smooth. We also had some Hobnob cookies which had a unique texture that I enjoyed, sort of a combination of brittle and chewy. The raspberry crumble was refreshing, perfect balance of sweet and tart. I'm glad this place is in the neighborhood.
Entire experience was great. The owner was super personable and attentive. The space is clean and there are enough tables to work. Best of all, it’s the only option in St. Louis open until a reasonable hour. Can’t wait to see what they do when there is food and more.
This is a super fun atmosphere with even better coffee. I was going to try the baked goods but decided to save that for another time. Mark and Grace were both very inviting and kind as well as wonderful conversationalists! If we would’ve had more time, my sister and I could’ve definitely had a photo shoot! Highly recommend!
