The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The chai freeze is deliciously sweet with lots of flavor. The food is good straightforward, American fare. The vibe is relaxed, but by no means sleepy. It really is too bad that this was our last stop before heading home. I would have liked to have come here more often during our stay.

Hartford Coffee also has a beautifully landscaped outdoor area in back, with several tables.

Latte and cold brew are great. The salmon bagel is very good with more than adequate amount of salmon. Even the capers are good. Many seating options inside and out. Staff is always very kind.

I'm in hospitality, so I rarely get to treat myself to an afternoon out. I also have a soy allergy and the staff took my request seriously. I had a delicious breakfast burrito for lunch on the sunny front patio. Just what I needed followed by a walk in Tower Grove park.

Highly recommend the horseradish potato salad. They also have incredible biscuits and scones!!! I've tried several different dishes there and they're all delicious! They also sell local art, which is really cool!

I Love the vibes here. It's a great place to stop to get some work done or just hang out over coffee w d snacks with your homies. The food menu is big and has plenty of options for everyone! Bring a book and hang out get some sandwiches or some sweets and enjoy this little tower grove gem.

Their house coffee is dark and hot just how I like it brewed.

I had breakfast here on Saturday morning with my son. The food was amazing. I had the biscuits and mushroom gravy, both were delicious. My son had the Bagel and Lox, he was very happy with his selection. We got a bacon/maple scone for later, best scone I've ever had. So many scones are dry, this scone was fresh, moist and flavorful. The building is a beautiful old building, very clean and decorated with art from a local artist. Added benefit, this restaurant is only a couple of blocks from the Tower Grove Farmers Market.

I had to come and leave a review. This place had mixed reviews but I really want to support local businesses. Place was clean and cozy. The staff member at the front counter was very nice and helpful to me as it was my first time coming in. Food portion was great, very filling but didn't feel heavy. Lemonade smoothie was good but definitely will try a different flavor next time. You should try them if you have not.

Sad how much this place has gone downhill. Plenty of better nearby local coffee options.

It was my first. I feel like I love it. Very DEI Community orientation. Has a library of donated books. The coffee was amazing and fresh. Had the Cafe Mocha. Dog friendly with outdoor seating. Masks are preferred. Update: 2nd visit It was a bit more crowded than before with families and friends gathering throughout. Masks optional. Discovered the study area for those who need it. They brought me the coffee this morning. I had brunch with a friend. Excellent chocolate covered expresso beans. We hope to return for the atmosphere.

Casual coffee shop with a variety of food to choose from the food menu. I had the salmon bagel with a side of tomato soup. My friends got the Hartford Gyro and Biscuits and Gravy and both loved their food too. The portion is large enough and it’s well priced. The coffee shop is located south of the Tower Grove Park so you could visit it while visiting the park.
