The avocado toast is great and the staff are friendly. But I had to dock them because I'm one of those weirdos who wants real, actual maple syrup with pancakes. I specifically asked before ordering if they have actual maple syrup, not "breakfast syrup" and was assured that they do, only to find out when the fed came that it was, in fact, not maple syrup. Please know what your products are, and be better by getting real maple syrup.
You can’t go wrong at Frontier Perk. The menu has something for everyone. Patio seating is perfect for a beautiful day. Try the spring rolls with shrimp!
Found this gem while shopping in St Charles and so glad we tried it. The Mahi Mahi tacos are the best I have found anywhere and the crispy chicken salad is yummy. Super friendly staff. The baked items and pies are delish and the coffee selection is top notch.
Stopped in for breakfast this a.m. So glad we did! Breakfast croissant sandwich was delicious. Everything cooked to order and fresh! All of the employees are so nice!
Love menu items. Cuban options such as Cuban Meat Pies, Guava Cheese Pastries, and coffee.
I had the London Fog and Poke with chicken, and both were excellent! Service was good and friendly, the cafe is small and quaint, and all the baked items in the case looked yummy. This was my first time going and I'll definitely go again!
I really love this place. It’s small, lots of character. You order prior to seating so if you are reading this review, be kind to others and get up once you’re done eating. You can always take your coffee and walk Main Street. The food is delicious. We have had the breakfast tacos, short rib eggs and pancakes/bacon. All were great. The coffee is also extremely good. Some are pricey but the house drip coffee with whip cream is my absolute favorite and low in cost.
I don’t ever leave reviews anywhere but today decided to have brunch with my boyfriend at this lovely cafe and they impressed me! They have a great menu with different food and coffee choices. People who work at this place also have a beautiful vibe. I can’t wait to be back! We got the avocado toast, a traditional breakfast, pancakes( they were the best pancakes I’ve had in my life) a dirty chai latte, an iced café miel and a cubano😍🤧
Good coffee, good food, friendly staffs packed in a small cozy café. I had a Cubano for coffee and a breakfast Brito here. They both were superb.
Decided to try them when another cafe had an hour wait…SO glad we did. Their food is top tier. Coffee is better than Picasso’s or anything we’ve had on Main. Staff is amazing. You won’t regret trying this gem!
If you're looking for a charming spot with a cozy ambiance, look no further than this hidden gem on Main Street. Despite having only 5 tables, this quaint food magazine-worthy spot boasts an impressive menu. I decided to try the chicken and waffles, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! What sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by the friendly and patient staff. When I mentioned that it was my first time there, the staff took the time to explain the menu and made sure I was comfortable. Plus, the spicy honey sauce served with the dish is a must-try - trust me on this one! The waffle was perfectly cooked, fluffy and soft in the middle with a crispy exterior. While the chicken could have been cooked a tad less crispy for my taste, it was still satisfying nonetheless. When I asked for more sauce, the staff happily provided me with it. It's the small touches like this that make me willing to travel for a fantastic dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this spot. The food, service, and ambiance are all top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Snap a picture so I know you went** Follow me for more places to see around town 🤗
We were doing some shopping on Main Street and popped in here to get Hubby a coffee. Ordering process was quick and easy at the counter, the employee was friendly and helpful. Hubby ordered a regular with cream and said it was very good (I don't drink coffee, cant share my own opinion). The pricing was also very reasonable from what I've experienced other places. The food menu looked really good and they advertise that their food is homemade which definitely had me drooling... we weren't looking to eat but would like to try it at another time. Be aware that this is a VERY SMALL storefront with only a couple of tables. Everyone had a seat when we came in but I can see where there could be a wait involved during busy times.
So far not impressed. Mahi Tacos were small and I'm not sure fish was even in it. Seems they have room for improvement.
Food was absolutely delicious! Cooked and seasoned perfectly and the lattes were top notch. Definitely recommend this place.
I can’t remember what it was called .. but it was a poached egg with shredded Short rib meat and a hashbrown.. one of the best breakfast entrees I probably ever had .. and the iced coffee was 2nd to none …. All around great experience.. will be back
Charming, cozy coffee shop and cafe on Main Street in St. Charles - we loved the food so much that we went for breakfast two days in a row on our short St. Louis trip. The iced chai was one of the best I’ve ever had (and I drink chai daily). Highly recommend giving this place a try!
Absolutely amazing. Cappuccino was great, chicken and waffles were delicious and beautiful, and the guava pastry was perfect.
The food here is wow. Espresso is good too.
Good. Like really really good. Like "this is way better than it has any right to be" good. I stopped by the other day for breakfast meeting and on a whim got the avocado toast with eggs. It was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. Totally blown away. Went back at lunch because it was so good and got the Cuban sandwich. One of the best Cubans I've ever eaten in my life. Suffice it to say I'll be going back frequently for breakfast and lunch. Simply wonderful.
One of the best meals we've had in a while.
