If i could give this place 0 stars i would. there are roaches crawling all over the espresso machine and no matter how clean they try to get this place its always a mess, and believe me ive worked here before. if you’re wanting to work here i would not recommend it. its the most awful work environment ive ever been in. and dont get me wrong its an easy job physically, but the owner will take a toll on your mental health and the they like to micromanage for fun. It is a horrible place to be and all the rest of the employees are miserable working there and they all warned me that it would be as bad as it is when i started working there. Not to mention all the bubble teas taste artificial and give you headaches. there was a grease leak all over the back one day that smelled like straight sewage. this place is just gross overall. Come here if you want to support and promote company owner and their toxic work environment.
Got a Cosmic Butterfly and a Blue Hawaiian, cosmic butterfly was good but it was so stuffed with ice that I couldn't get my straw in and I made a mess on the counter (Sorry, but I'd rather the counter than my clothes. I lost 1/3 of my drink because of how much it was stuffed). As for the Blue Hawaiian, I'm positive she didn't make it right. It was green??? It tasted like matcha. We've gotten the blue Hawaiian before and it's usually a very beautiful blue color. We waited for a sec so we could get her attention, but she kept her back to us and we just left. I understand it was a little loud, but maybe turn down the music and just ask your customers to wait a moment if your coworker decides to blend something and make it difficult to hear anything (Very poor timing on his part, he saw us come up and decided that was when he'd start blending stuff?). Another good alternative would be asking your customers to just point to the menu what they want to avoid mistakes. Definitely did not get $13 worth for two drinks.
I LOVE THIS PLACE EVERY TIME I COME TO THE MALL I BEG MY BOYFRIEND TO BUY ME ONE. I love that no matter what tea I order, I can sub in w tapioca or whatever I want. The staff is super friendly, and the place is well kept and clean. It is well priced and you for sure get more tea for your buck I always tip them way extra they’re just that darn good!
Great drinks and great customer service!
First time getting a drink here today! I got the boba girl and it was good! Until I realized there was hair in my drink. :((( I had a few sips before I discovered this and didn’t want to drink anymore. I suggest using hairnets or requiring employees to tie their hair back. I’d love to come back and try again, hopefully this can be prevented!
I love the drinks and the service! I really wish I could get a discount for working in the mall though.

Amazing drinks, such a variety, plus they have almond milk for an alternative milk option. Love the employees too they really help narrow down options for me, great service!!
Today the girl with the team hello kitty hat on was rude and snotty. We come here every time we go to the mall, and I have never seen an employee be so rude here like her, she needs to work on her customer service. Because the way she treats the customers is not right!

I love this gem in the mall! The boba is so delicious, but my favorite is the Cafe Saigon latte. A nice little break from shopping. But I do enjoy just stopping in for a drink and leaving.
The boba is amazing but the sevice is 0-10 I had my 9 yr sister with me and my friends and she started screaming at us bc we didn’t know what we wanted just yet and we couldn’t see the menu bc all of us are blind( it’s super funny ik) and then when she asked for a tip after almost making my 9yr sister CRY from yelling at us I didn’t tip her and then she screamed go go go over and over again I’m not going for a while until that girl with green hair and pericings is fired yku just lost a VERY loyal customer
