I always get the nova lox on a chocolate chip bagel. My favorite. Great place to enjoy and eat.always clean restaurant.
Stood there in the mostly empty lobby for what seemed like 10 minutes while the employees and a couple discussed how they were sick of bagels and couldn't wait to go smoke and eat at McDonald's. Then when I order my 6 bagels and had them cut, 3 of them were very poorly cut, like just the top ¼" was sliced. The bagels themselves weren't very chewy, more like stale bread. My first experience at Einstein and my last.

Slow, rude, nasty. The manager, Denise, needs to check her attitude as she hung up on me inquiring about the tip that she failed to refund with the rest of my order. The coffee is also disgusting. I can't quite understand why they have removed all of the furniture and tables. Especially when they aren't exactly killing the drive-through game with only one lane, slow service, and rude staff. It seems as though they want this business to fail.

Don’t waste your $$! Ham, egg, cheese sandwich disgusting! Eggs like rubber, 1 little slice of cheese for $8! Avocado toast, could be good if avocados were ripe!!! 2 Asiago cheese bagels that had barely any cheese on them & were tough!! Plus, one more breakfast sandwich that we couldn’t finish. & for $$28!!!!!! If I was still in town would have taken it all back for a full refund!! Will NEVER go back there again!
I paid for the brunch box for two, a strudel, and two doggy bagels. I had my dogs with me when I went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and they didn’t give me the bagels that i paid for. the food was already cold even tho i showed up 5 minutes passed the time i scheduled it for. I normally love coming here before work , but this time may have ruined it for me all together.

Love taking advantage of the box of 13 special on Mondays. Grandsons really enjoy the cranberry and blueberry bagels and almond honey cream cheese.
The bagels are good at this location. Einstein has a quality product. However, this location is somewhat drab and lacks energy. They have never replaced the inside seating since the covid disruption. It's a fairly large interior portion which seems really empty and stark. It also seems that the selection and quantities are sometimes lacking. This is primarily a drive-thru offering in my opinion.
Too expensive! Dining area has no place to sit due to low employee count. You can walk in to order but the wait will be longer than drive thru because they tend to give it priority.

Everything is pre-made so you can't change anything to order it for children. When we asked the employees to slice a sandwich one guy was super nice and the other two sighed at us and acted like we were asking for the world. Dining room has 0 tables in it and is closed like covid still exists. And to top it all off no coffee in a bagel place.
I went early on a Tuesday no lines to order but the service was horrible.. none of my questions could be answered and they asked me to hold for what seemed to be a lifetime at the drive thru. The food also was not great and looked to have been just thrown in the bag. I suggest going somewhere else.
