Went with the drip coffee. It's pretty standard coffee like you would get at a convenience store. Sat downstairs on the side near the restrooms and it was cold. Thermostat on the wall said 60. The one at the base of the stairs was reading 65. Upstairs was definitely warmer than both.

Quite simply the best cup of coffee I've had in a very, very long time. Thank you for making the miracle that is, the Goss Cave Gold Coast!

In-house specialty bread was very good. Cinnamon rolls were not. Very cool atmosphere. Coffee and service was not enjoyable. When asked if certain roast was available, response was cold and was given an incomparable roast recommendation. When asked a second question about coffee was just told "We just let the beans speak for themselves." Coffee tasted watered down.

I was really unimpressed! With all the good reviews I was expecting more. The place looks really cool but the coffee had a strange burnt flavor also they didn’t have a good list of seasonal drinks so I didn’t see them until after I had placed my order However what disappointed me the most was the fact that they only served lunch on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday

Enter to a nice surprise-- the smell of roasting coffee beans. Then order a solid cup of Joe, latte, frap or ... including some lite fare. Enjoy friendly staff, well-appointed clean soundings, bathrooms, loft seating, internet service, privacy, out door seating and various food options. Really wonderful asset to Seymour. The local color is just a turn around about any corner.

I went here with my Mom for her Plexus team's get-together this Saturday because, after all, this is a coffee shop. Also a new one in a town east of the contemporary, uniquely beautiful Southside of Springfield. And indeed, I did get myself coffee and a treat here. My treat was their Wilma bread, perhaps unique to this coffee shop. I had it sprinkled with Cinnamon Sugar, and it and my White Mocha latte were delicious.
