I worked here for two years and still to this day, it is the best job I’ve ever worked. I had so much freedom with the coffees and the food that I just flourished. The owners have a special place in my heart and I miss this place dearly.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and an excellent staff. I am a frequent customer of the purest food store, and I find it as I expected every time I go there. I usually go there to buy halal food plus some other herbs and spices that cannot be found anywhere else in the area. I once tried Molokhia ( which is a deep green leafy vegetable that is used to make this delicious dish). It was really delicious and full of flavor. You can mostly find the most needed international products that are important for making popular international dishes.

Delicious chai tea! The blend was wonderful and it had a hint of sweet without being too sweet. It was served in a teapot and was an enjoyable experience! The owner was so kind and hospitable!

Loved this shop! Was grateful for a place to get coffee while traveling home on Labor Day. Husband got an iced mocha, I a Turkish coffee, & an Arabic tea for us to split. All of them were delicious!! The iced mocha wasn’t super sweet (which we loved), but a delicious flavor, & the Turkish coffee the first Turkish coffee I’ve genuinely enjoyed. Appreciated the excellent shop to peruse while coffee was being made, as well. :) Reading all the negative reviews, my only remark is that you need to simply visit when not in a rush, & you’ll thoroughly enjoy your visit & the quality of product. :)

The kebab sandwich was good, but we were a little turned off that there were dead flies on the plastic silverware by the door. Also, the girl working the counter was very helpful, but she was running the cashier and cooking. It was slowing everything down.

It was a very dirty cafe restaurant. The plastic forks that you need to use them if you wanna dine in were covered in dead bugs🥵. Don’t let the pictures fool you!

"UNDER NEW MANGEMENT." Unfortunately, that means even though their sign reads "Open - 12:00 Noon," (guess they don't comprehend the need for caffeine any earlier in the day) when I showed up at 12:45 seeing the new owner just then unlocking the front door, she informed me: "It will be another half hour before the espresso machine is warmed up." I loved The Coffee Mine, which was a tad away from the beaten path in Rolla, but was a great coffee shop with a huge variety. Sadly, now the only local option is funding corporate - which, as always, results in receiving the typical greed-based, overpriced, inferior product. "Next stop - Starbucks." ☹

Ordered a latte right when they opened at noon. I was the only customer there. It took over 15 minutes for it to be prepared.

Unique family owned middle eastern grocery and cafe. Food was fast and fresh and the location was very clean. I had lamb shank on rice it was great and can't wait to try everything on the menu.

I love the Purest Coffee, especially on the buffet day! The Chai tea is amazing, but the buffet is even better. The marsala and samosas are my absolute favorite thing. The buffet day has literally become a part of my Saturday ritual. So good!! Plus, the owner and his family are so kind and friendly. I love that they offer you new things to try. They got me addicted to those grape leaves, too. I will really miss this place when I move!
