Went with family for first time. Having worked in the coffee industry for employees to tell me how things are done and not be correct isn't very promising. As well as the coffee was terrible. Drip coffee is from an air pump, that seems to be sitting too long. The Americano was not great either. Should check how long it takes to pull a shot.
Lights out coffee !!!! Staff is very nice and personable. They make a great cup of coffee too.
went in this morning to grab a coffee, first time there, probably last. The girl that took my order didn’t even look at me once. Asked for a receipt, never got it. Coffee was ok but service was terrible. Didn’t try pressing for the receipt because she seemed like she was annoyed to be even taking my order that she couldn’t be bothered with anything else, she even walked off before the receipt printed.
Went to the Republic, mo location. Food and coffee was great along with great customer service.
This coffee shop crushes Starbucks. The atmosphere and service is faaaar superior. You would be better off investing your time and money in this establishment.
Grabbed 3 large golden doodle coffees. They are not what they used to be. My kids and I used to love their coffees. I didn't mind paying more for coffee from a place that wasn't considered a chain coffee store. But it is not like it was. They used to give starbucks a run for their money. We used to go all the time. But now, no. The Golden doodle had just the flavor of the expresso watered down with ice. Not the great Frappuccino they used to make. NO LONGER A FAN.
This is the best place to sit and enjoy coffee and conversation.
We love our Black Lab mornings! Our favorite is combo is a Keto Bowl with a Bulletproof coffee!
We had a latte, and vanilla latte! Coffee was smooth and delicious. Customer service was even better! Will become our go to place for coffee.
Not a good day today. One hot drink I received right away; never received my cold drink after 15 minutes… I donated to the cause I guess as I had to get back to work… and co-worker got not-so-hot coffee due to the wait (and dark roast instead of medium roast as ordered, due to med roast pot was empty). Maybe next time… if there is one.
I have always gotten superb service at this establishment. The owner and his staff are cheerful and friendly, and the food and drinks are amazing!

Amazing coffee!! I’ve been hearing about this place and have wanted to make a short trip over from Springfield! I’m so glad we were able to do that today! I got an Iced Snoopy and my boyfriend got an iced Scooby Doo! They were delicious! My daughters each got a muffin, the cinnamon crunch and banana nut, both were huge and delicious!vWe will be back very soon!!
Great place to go and let go of your worries, or get some serious work done. The people treat you right and the goods are top notch!

Our first-time visit. Great atmosphere, quiet and relaxing, comfortable seating. Our breakfast burritos were very good tasting, which the use of real cheese and real eggs was apparent.
Best coffee shop and atmosphere in the area. Fall mixes are out and delicious. The mountain dog 🐕 is yum. Also, enjoyed the friendiness of the staff.
Everyone is so nice here! And the coffee is excellent! Found a new coffee shop to enjoy while I’m in town :)
Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, great breakfast sandwiches and excellent labuccinos. I never have to wait when I order ahead. They really seem to enjoy doing what they are doing. Sometimes they even have live music.
Seriously my favorite place! Love the coffee, food, and environment!!!! When I'm down, I find myself making a run to Black Lab. The owner and workers are friendly and ready to serve you. 10/10 I highly recommend!!!!
