The skinny vanilla latte is my personal favorite and the staff is very kind. Caden’s service was helpful and much appreciated!
Extra gratitude goes to a friend of mine who often extols the virtues of the coffee and beignets, in which convinced me to visit this establishment a few times. Ultimately, the coffee and beignets lived up to his words; it is a great product and service. A special thanks to Caden!

Very impressed with the friendliness and the atmosphere . Very cute place! The coffee taste fresh and smooth. Very reasonable priced, especially for the great quality. Kate Boschert was very helpful and talked highly about the coffees, and she was right. I've been referring people to here already
Pj’s is an awesome environment with great management by Jen and John Whitehead with many great friendly baristas who care about their job such as Annie Hahn, Aidan Compton, and Caden Harris. They all will make sure your experience is the best it can be. Oh and they have great delivery service for whenever you need some pregame snacks!
Kate & Leigh are the BEST! Love seeing their smiling faces!! Beignets are the best, takes me back to a New Orleans visit I had many years ago!
Had to stop by my favorite place before I headed off to work! Staff is always extremely kind and pleasant. If you’re lookin for a new coffee shop, I highly recommend stopping by this family owned and operated shop! 🫶
Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t yet! I came in earlier this week wanting something sweet, but wasn’t feeling coffee.. Huge shoutout to Annie! She recommended I try the Frozen hot chocolate with Strawberry syrup (tasted exactly like a chocolate cover strawberry)!
PJs never disappoints with their creative coffee creations, incredibly positive staff like Debbie and clean, bright atmosphere! Beignets on the GO are a great gift for a friend on any day! Good job, Jenn & John!
Highly recommend , by far the best coffee in the area. Annie has helped me the last few times and they always do a great job.

I usually stop by in the morning but today i stopped by in the afternoon to pick up some beignets and Aiden was on the window. He was super friendly and gave excellent service! Keep up the good work!

The best coffee shop experience in the area! The food and coffee is outstanding. The customer service and menu expertise is on another level. Every franchise owner should come to the O'Fallon location to see how its done! Kudos to the cashier, Nollee, for always making our visits enjoyable.
What a cute place! The promise of beignets drew us in and did not disappoint! Side sauces not needed. These were fresh, hot, and covered with powdered sugar. Waitstaff was very friendly. The only detraction was that it was noisy. Music playing and several people in meetings don't make it easy to have casual conversation.
