Rude lady at the counter. I asked if they were going to make any more pastries or doughnuts. She rudely looked empty case and looked back at me as if I should have known the empty case meant they weren’t going to. A simple no would have sufficed.

3 stars for good coffee. Employees were not overly friendly, having to force and answer to a general “hi” greeting that occurs in normal conversation. You know what they say about first impressions. Odd that they only have one size cup. Asked for large drip coffee and was not told they only have one size. Was just presented with a seemingly small cup, and asked if this was their large? Then they disclosed the one size thing. Strike 2. Good sausage breakfast burrito. Won’t be returning since there are so many other options to try. Maybe you’ll have better luck?

Left feeling irate after my less than stellar experience with the staff. I don’t appreciate having my order taken by someone who proceeds to slap their hands on the table as if to tell me to hurry up. When I finished placing my order, the barista was told, “This ones an easy one” in a tone that made me feel like I was the bad guy for ordering a chai. The customer that came in after me was treated with respect, so my first assumption that this person was having a bad day was not the case. When I told the barista thank you, they didn’t respond. Maybe they didn’t hear me but a little eye contact goes a long way. I’m giving an extra star because I did get what I ordered, but I will not be coming back.

Place is very cute and cozy. Nice ambiance and not like very bright inside. Little hard to get out of your space if you park on Armour Rd since it's a bust street. I just got an iced caramel latte to go real quick. It was really good. Staff was friendly. I had to wait a few mins as there was 2 people in front of me but that's OK. I might come back again if I'm in the area and it's not super busy. But NKC is always busy it seems.

NKC Location. Cons: the atmosphere is interesting.. I likely will get my coffee to go. The space seems to be used by more than one business. Feels/energy is a little chaotic. Probably would fit right in Seattle if that's your thing. Pros: best latte ever. Creamy, roasy, rich. I have never found a better coffee in KC. Have a couple more places to try, but i go back to Post every time.

Love to meet here with clients due to the friendly, comfortable atmosphere. There’s a great amount of space & privacy if needed. If you’re just going there to relax or with a friend, they even have games you can play! The coffee & food is also delicious!

I had a pastry here called a Strawberry Hand Pie that I'm still thinking about 2 days later. The pour over just what I needed to get through the rest of my day... Let me know what you think! I wish they'd been open just a little longer on a Wednesday, but that's the way things go.

Good coffee and treats. I'm a little overwhelmed/confused about the actual name of this place, since the front window contains the name of about nine businesses. But that's just me. Also, not a fan of the lady that camps out on one of the couches with her trolley full of stuff most mornings.

Several locations and they all serve good coffee. Drip is fine but the pour overs recently have been worth it and the seasonal stuff has been particularly good. It can be busy so if want to snag a spot check for the busy hours

My go-to stop in NKC for an espresso. The cortado is my usual pick, but sometimes go for their quirky and often delicious drink specials. If you want a special treat, their donuts are delicious!

Great cup of anything. Would love to see the food get a little bump.

Nice spot (I'm cool with a shop that's sorta like a dive bar, so if that's not your jam, maybe try it with an open mind). Variety where it counts (types of drinks on menu, types of beans), not where it doesn't (sizes). Had the house blend black. I like light and berry, so this was up my alley (maybe a touch under-extracted? Could just be me!). Staff was friendly without being effusive (this is my preferred speed; NB: reviewers, chill with saying your staff wasn't friendly enough, anywhere you go. You don't know what is going on in their lives, and what you think is friendly I might think is fake or robotically customer-servicey. Unless your barista was straight up mean to you, leave that person alone and don't come to Google Reviews to offer your evaluation of their personality). Recommendation on vegan lemon poppyseed scone was on point. I stopped in after picking up a wholesale order for my own shop from Hugo Tea, just down the street. This neighborhood is developing nicely, and Post helps round it out.

I've thoroughly enjoyed all the coffee beverages I've tried here – latte, cortado, and my favorite, Post offers some really nice single-origin coffees that shine as a pour-over. Beans available for sale, some pricy but a nice treat. Also some tasty baked goods if you're looking to pair your coffee with a little something sweet. Cultivar's space is great if you want to hang out solo or a group, and this area is great for a stroll if you want to take it to go.

While always busy this place always offers good service. Free refill with a black coffee purchase is also a big win. Sometime can be a bit loud for reading, but good group hangout place.

I’m confused as to why it has almost 5 stars. Maybe today was just a bad day. Saturday, 9am. They were out of nearly every food item that is advertised on their menu. Also there was only one person working. I understand that there’s staffing issues but the gal was also was not sanitizing between handling money, food and dirty dishes. Overall, the coffee was ok.
