Staff is always friendly! Makes food and drinks faster then most coffee restaurants
I ordered a Vanilla Chia Latte, with no foam. I received it and the cup was half full of foam. I told the person at the window with the long pig tails, but she said there wasn't anything she could do about it and she wasn't willing to make my situation better. So, I tried to hand it to her so she could feel how empty the cup was, but she refused to feel the cup. I feel I was charged a medium price for a small size. Very disappointing!

Scooters is one of if not my favorite chain coffee shops. I have the worst luck at this location though.
I love the friendliness of the staff here. This is exactly what I need on my way to work, a smiling face to hand me my coffee and wish me luck in my day. I seem to have a better day every time I start it here.
I ordered a smoothie but there were so many chunks of ice in it I couldn’t drink it without chewing.
I like scooters coffee. I go there every morning but today the manager told me I couldn't pay cash I had to use the app or I couldn't make orders. I will be taking my business somewhere else

Just as Good as Starbucks, but less expensive !! We went through Drive-Thru Yesterday, and the young lady that took our Order,and our Money was the Sweetest person ever !! Our New Coffee Place when Close !! Great Job on Hiring !!

I' have only had good experiences with Scooters. I love that when they see my dogs in the car that they offer free pup cups!

Fast service, great seasonal flavors
I go there a lot during the week to get coffee and blenders. I have noticed the past few months there have been some employee changes. A percentage of the time the blenders n stuff are great. The issues i have is getting double charged at times. Asking the employees to have katie call me with no call back to resolve the matters. Im not the only one getting either double charged or paying for someone elses order. Its an issue that is getting some attention now. Also dont ask for extra shots. Always ask for your recipient. How much it is. Otherwise its a good place.( Chance of sno! Great blenders there! )
A fantastic drive through coffee shop! I usually get a cold, caramelicious with an extra espresso shot and vanilla sweet foam with an everything bagel sandwich.. if I could,,,I would get this every day!
The scooters is the worst I've ever been to the people there don't even know what they're doing they can describe the drink I had a smoothie and it was tons of ice told them to to blend it twice still a lot of ice it's like she was dumbfound that she didn't know what to do their coffee stinks their drinks are horrendous and they charge extremely so much that place needs to close for sure
