Wonderful establishment right off i-70! Kid friendly which is a must for us. Beautiful space, lots of natural light. Dog park right by it. The staff was very sweet and everything we ordered from the breakfast sandwiches to the pastries was deliciously fresh! Every cup gets filled to the brim!! Highly recommend!
Very cool. Been open 5 months. Had a carmel iced latte and breakfast sandwich. Very good! Plus they have a fenced in dog park for customers dogs to run around in. Cool ambiance. Use of wood and stone and fireplace. Will go again!
Had the best time at Cooper’s coffee!!! I had eaten here when it first opened and happened to be the very first customer ever! I received a free bag of coffee beans and they were passing out free pastries for their opening day! The coffee was top-notch and I had the everything salmon bagel- which was delicious! You could tell the owners really go out of their way to get their ingredients farm-fresh! The place is stunningly decorated, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the owners are the sweetest family!!
Such a healthy and fresh stop. Delicious soup. Very clean and modern space. They have kombucha, fresh soup, coffee, salmon sandwich. Very kind owner. They also have a fenced in area for dogs to stretch their legs. Freshest and healthiest restaurant for several exists.
Everything was amazing!! The service, atmosphere, food and coffee! My husband and I were so thankful to find an option other than fast food off the highway! My 1 year old loved walking around here and the owners made us feel so welcomed and taken care of! 10/10 recommend

I do highway work in the area and this is my go to place for lunch and espresso. Instead of stopping at the truck stop across the street. Do not pass this place up if your traveling! If going westbound There is not another decent restaurant for 70 miles, When you step in to this place, you will feel like you just received the day off of work. It’s so peaceful to stop at and relax.
Beautiful place with delicious coffee and eats! I had the avocado toast and a lavender vanilla latte, and our son had a delicious bowl of chicken soup. Will stop here any time we are passing by.
Wonderful atmosphere and excellent coffee. Check out the pictures on other reviews—it’s full of light and gorgeous decor and I can’t stop raving about how good everything was. I had a latte and the Herby Smoked Salmon Everything Bagel sandwich. They were both amazing.
Stopped here for a quick lunch on a road trip. Friendly people, good food, and good coffee with a wide variety of syrups you can add. Surprisingly good, really, considering what you usually get at highway-side places.
