Food was delicious! Staff needs to do better with cleaning after each guests leave, so that people can find a place to get comfortable without calling someone to come and take care of business. It's a beautiful place. And it should be kept just as well. Thank you to the staff that waited on us when I was there with my new friend.
I’m giving three stars only for the location and atmosphere. It’s so beautifully placed and it’s a great place to bring your laptop and work outside of the home, if you work from home. I was not a fan of the flavor profile of the coffee. I’ve been 3 times and I’ve not liked it once. I will say that the staff is also very kind and friendly.
If you love Kaldi's, this spot is Mecca. Tons of comfy space, really wonderful patio, and a super chill and professional staff. If you've ever wanted a Kaldi's but times ten, here it is 👌
Was a fun pit stop on our way through town!
Both of our drinks were delicious! Service was quick and friendly and we loved the atmosphere.
They know how to make good espresso, not bitter like other places. I got an 8oz latte and my husband got a cortado, both were amazing! Also, incredible shop ambiance and the barista/cashier was so friendly.
It's a very relaxing and chill atmosphere. The service was great! I definitely recommend their Matcha Latte
Update: I visited again years later and the service was great and very helpful. I like Kaldi, but two days ago I went and I got a latte and asked to have it in a mug and not a “to go” cup. After waiting for more than 15 mins, I went and asked if my coffee was ready and the guy there told me it was there, I looked and it was in a “to go” cup. I told him that I asked to have it in a mug. So, HE TOOK THE CUP AND POURED THE COFFEE IN A MUG AND JUST LEFT IT THERE , NO SAUCER, AND WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!!!! Seriously!! I expected a pretty coffee mug and a nice experience but i ended up with a very unprofessional experience!
Always a great place! Friendly, good food and enjoyable!
Great coffee. I like healthier coffee drink options and one of the employees made a great suggestion!
Always try the new breads and muffins. Loved the Sweet Potato and walnut. The crunchy sweet topping on the muffinwas delicious! Another favorite is the Pumpkin bread. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, polite and friendly. The atmosphere becomes even more inviting because of the care the staff put into everything they do.
Busy but always very efficient. I ordered something they were out of and the staff went the extra mile to make up for it (even though I insisted it was fine!) They all seemed nice and pleasant as well
Always has great coffee and espresso! Their food does not disappoint either. Highly recommend.
I’m so glad I grabbed the last cinnamon bun and asked them to warm it up for me. It was SO soft, gooey and didn’t have that artificial sweet taste. Simply amazing. It was super busy when I came but the shop is a nice size and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I had to run in and out during my quick coffee run from work and I’m so glad that everything was perfect, it definitely was the highlight of my morning!
Love the coffee and orange, pistachio bread. Great service by all employees.
I go every time I'm working in the area. Relaxing atmosphere. Awesome service. See ya next time.
All of their food is amazing, especially love the crustless quiche with diced sweet potato and latte with cinnamon and cardamon. So delicious! You can't beat the patio seating in the morning, it's in the shade and so pleasant. Kid and pet friendly! Near the tracks and Kirkwood Train station, kids love it when a train goes by. Plenty of parking, street parking, a surface lot and a garage are all nearby.
I just visited Kaldi’s for the first time over the weekend. I’m actually not a big coffee person (I drink it, but I certainly could live without it), however I was there to meet a friend for a breakfast date and some girl time, which I’ll almost never pass up! I noticed there were several chai options on the menu, so I ordered the cashier’s recommendation (was super yum), and I also ordered a particularly delicious-looking piece of chocolate chip banana bread (was indeed delicious) that was making eyes with me through a glass that’s surely only in place so that all of the beautiful baked treats will not suddenly and mysteriously disappear upon my arrival…haha! There was a line, but it moved along pretty well, and the people working there were just so polite and lovely to interact with. Wait was 15 minutes for my chai, which was spot-on with what they notified me of prior to placing my order. For a very busy Saturday morning, 15 minutes for a chai doesn’t seem like a big deal to me. We got a table while we waited, so no standing inside, and we were able to start enjoying the weather before it got hot out (the sun rose from behind the building, so we sat for a good 2 hours without direct sun). A speaker outside announced when orders were ready for those not waiting inside, so no worries about your order sitting around without your knowledge. I definitely recommend a visit to Kaldi’s. I think you’ll really enjoy it, even if coffee isn’t your most favorite thing, and if you hang around long enough (like we did), you won’t even have to move your car to go get lunch!
Their espresso machine wasn't working and of course I had gone in there for a latte. They made me a special drink with a regular coffee and got it as close to a latte as possible and it was amazing! I really appreciated that! They are good at their job and they really know coffee!
Just to give you an idea of what they deem an acceptable wait time, I’m currently at 28 minutes for a scone that was already made, and a breakfast sandwich. Fingers crossed that I receive it by the 40 min mark. Update at the 45 minute mark I left. Seems weird they couldn’t at least give me the scone that was 18 inches from checkout but obviously they have their system.
