Hard to put down a popular Local Eating and gathering spot . However, it was Very Busy when we walked in and No one to let us know What was the standard procedure. I found the Only empty table and talked my wife into following me . Took a fair amount of time, but our waitress was Not ignoring us, just supper busy . Our sandwiches came pretty quickly but were not very good, just OK, but the lettuce and tomatoe were fresh . The French fries were greasy, soggy and a strange brown color ; Flavor was OK. Prices were very good, sad the quality was not . The best thing that both of us agreed upon was that we supported Local .

Good place to go for anything covered in gravy. Usually go there for French fries and gravy. Breakfast is good there also. I've had good waitresses and I've had ones that's were grumpy and didn't check on us once after order. Seats are broke down and far from comfortable. But I'm going there for comfort food not seating.

We love going to judys... BUT since under new owners they only have ONE waitress of an evening time... EVEN when they are busy and alot of people walk out because of the wait... this is ridiculous and stressful on the customers and waitresses...

Food was well above average for a truckstop diner. The pancakes were amazing. The eggs, meats, and biscuits were all very good. We were there in the wee hours of the morning, so the cook was the waitress. Sheila was super friendly and excellent at all she did.

Hubby and I were headed to Joplin and changed our minds so we stopped at Judy's. We both had chicken fried steak and sides. Was great food and great service. Only complaint I have was some guy came in an kept yelling "oh baby " very loudly.
