My family and I came in Saturday looking for a new place to try. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come take our drink order before we decided we weren't going to be served. 2 different waiters came out delivering food and drinks to several other tables and would smile at us but not come over. The last straw was when the 3rd family came in after us was served their order,we decided we was leaving. So waffle house it was and I hope the young lady there does something nice for herself with the large tip my husband left her for her speedy service.
Love going here to get the Farmington skillet, you get a lot of food on a plate, plus it only has 3 locations, so they get packed fast, definitely a go to for breakfast.
Service was prompt & friendly. Food was delicious..highly recommend the Farmington Skillet.

Ate at Factory 2 first, was told about 1 and had to stop in for work anyways. Awesome set up they have for multiple businesses. Recommend everyone to tell everyone about it. Jacinda and the rest of the staff were open and friendly.
Busser was the only person working hard. Waited over an hr for our food. Waitress was terrible
The water was "off" which made the coffee "off." The food was okay. I'd eat there again but probably wouldn't order anything but breakfast. No issues with the service.

Christine took fantastic care of us and the blueberry pancakes were on point! Bacon was just perfect and the eggs wonderfully done without being overdone.
I have been coming here for about three years now. The food is always excellent. Service is always great. We always try to get Sharon as our waitress. She’s positive and smiling and make sure our breakfast is always on point.

Today we came to eat at our favorite breakfast place only to be very disappointed. Had to refill our coffee ourself as did other tables. We were told they could not separate mushrooms from a skillet meal but could charge us for a side of mushrooms. Told us also the breakfast we ordered did not come with potatoes when there was no indication on the menu. Service was so slow we debated leaving. Waited over 45 minutes for service and our food. Worst experience at the restaurant ever.
The food is always excellent & the waitress was nice.
