I love coming to scooters. BUUUTTT I had the worst experience today. They made me stand in the drivethru to get my drinks. I make online orders because they have encouraged me to use the app.. so I do. I get there with my work trailer. And they couldn't bring my drink to me and made me stand in the car line. Other costumers were confused and I was as well. The last time they just brought my drinks to me outside. Made me very uncomfortable. Inconsistent service. Not good. I will not be coming by before work any longer.
Quick drive thru coffee shop. Also fast and friendly. They have a few food items as well. The blended coffees are great if you enjoy cold coffees.
They told us to “scoot around” to the window and it was the highlight of our day 🤣

Okay so, usually everything is great and all, but there's this problem that has been occurring. The staff keeps getting the orders wrong and either gives us one drink even though we ordered two, they probably need to fix their microphone to the speaker because sometimes they can't hear us, and when we order one thing they give us a totally different thing we ordered. I hope this can be fixed but other than that everything is great!
