I used to come here over a decade ago in high school. Many good memories (first place I ever tried an Italian soda and first time I tried peanut butter with honey as a snack - both no longer available but they have breakfast foods, salads, and snacks still available). I got the peanut butter chocolate banana smoothie which had a smooth nice nutty flavor. The environment is still a relaxed place to hang and study with ample seating. I can almost feel my hopes and dreams returning.

Something is wrong with their Toast operator system they charge you for the order and say you never ordered anything! If they can fix their system or they will lose customers because of these errors.

It is LOUD in here. I came from the word of previous reviews, trying to get some work done on my laptop. I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts; not only was the music loud but both customers and guests were having to shout over it. Coffee was okay, probably won’t be back.

Really nice place to grab coffee or a light bite. Pretty clean eating which I liked. Clean and affordable. I would recommend.

The cappuccino has gone downhill and it used to be my go to for a great one. Last few visits it's just a warm cup of milk with a splash of espresso.

I love Kaldi's Coffee. 4 stars is only because this location always seems so disorganized. It always takes forever to get anything I order.

First time here and I'll definitely be back. Super welcoming atmosphere and an experience that brought ease to my morning. The delicious drinks and food speak for themselves but the people there even at 6am are what make it great!.

Delicious drinks, great staff. Very happy to help if you need your beans ground as well.

Excellent espresso (I got a latte) and treats. We tried the cinnamon roll (yum!) and the blueberry scone. The scone is not quite an English style but definitely nothing like the homogeneous bread dumplings that are most American scones. It had plump blueberries, some give to it when pressed, a little crispy on the outside and light on the inside. A touch crumbly - I think there’s wheat flour or semolina in there. Thanks!

I really Ike their coffee. But they have to solve for long waits. With orders to go, online and dining, it takes more than 20 min to get Americano. I would love to dine in with family, but will have to pick right day and time.

I judge coffee shops by how well they make the espresso shots as well as how they present it. Kaldi’s did more than I expected! The espresso shot was amazing, and they brought it out with a cup of seltzer water. Great atmosphere for working remotely, studying or hanging with friends. My only concern is that it is a little chilly

Great coffee. Great service. Bought Grogg whole bean and it's wonderful!! Only complaint is the cost. It's more expensive per size of cup than other gourmet coffee shops.

We are big fans of Kaldi's Coffee! We have frequent meetings at this coffee shop and one of the reasons we keep coming back is not only the drinks & food, but the warm, inviting atmosphere and the wonderful employees! All of the breakfast treats are simply divine, you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The smoothies, various lattes & coffees definitely hit the spot! We love supporting local, so next time you're in the area, do not hesitate, head straight to Kaldi's and be prepared to be WOW'd!

The coffee is okay…. The flavored lattes all taste a little like plastic honestly. Kind of gross. Additionally the girl at the counter was not friendly - she looked me up and down before I even approached the counter. The barista who made my drink was also pretty rude. He called my name and there were 3 drinks sitting there. I asked for clarification as to which was mine and be pointed to a small one. I had ordered a 16oz and asked him if that was mine for sure because I ordered a larger size. He rolled his eyes and said he’d make a new one. A few minutes later he called my name again and pointed to the larger drink that had been sitting there when I originally went up to get my drink. I asked for clarification again as that drink was there before and he got annoyed with me and sighed and said “yes” in an extremely annoyed tone. I’m good on coming back here. There are far better local establishments to support than this chain.

Overall bad experience. Very slow service…I waited 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, after getting my coffee, and only one person was ahead of me when I walked in. The sandwiches were nothing special, either. They looked like something from the Golden Arches. All in all, one Americano, a boxed milk, egg and cheddar biscuit, and breakfast sandwich cost me $26. Won’t be back.
