Amazing Ube tero! Customer service is always top notch! I wasn’t signed up for rewards, and my birthday is May 25. Lady gave me a small discount and said her manager she would have to speak with, but that he was amazing and probably still receive a birthday drink, purely bc I wasn’t signed up for rewards! Yum, yum and I don’t even like MILk! Thank you for helping me and my little autistic buddy have his great first experience! His mother said she will definitely be in to try!

so calming, drinks are perfect as well! the drinks arrive fast even if its busy. the staffs are super nice and sweet, theres a banh mi sandwich thats so good! service is amazing, way better then oxio tea. for sure coming back.

Writing this makes me incredibly sad. Regular here, I am. Here, the amount and drinks used to be excellent. But the quantity was frequently decreased. Furthermore, today (when the owner isn't around), the part-timers T and S gave me half of the amount. When I complained, the response was "NO MAM YOU GOT THE REGULAR AMOUNT". Guys, if you're planning to do this, please take my advice and make the cup smaller. P.S. I never anticipated writing this.
I’m very saddened to write this. I’m regular here. The quantity and drinks used to be so good here. But regularly the quantity was reduced. And today gave me half the quantity. When I complained about it what they said was "as there is less ice in the drink the quantity is less". Seriously guys if you are planning to do this then reduce take my suggestion and reduce the cup size.

One of my favorites place to go to study and chill with friends. Very clean and good drinks and they also have good sandwiches on the weekend!
Terrible place. Terrible service by workers. My drink was only half my cup and when I asked about it they said “That’s the amount you are gonna get for the drink”.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very terrible service by part timers and experience at this place to me today. Kind of spoiled my day.
