I could spend all day in B & N!!
Customer service was great. Didn't have the book (which is extremely popular) in the store. Did not offer to try and get it.

They have a large selection of books. Every time I go, they have rearranged the genres so it can be confusing finding what I need at first.

Love this place to go get books
I love the friendly low key atmosphere. You can also get wonderful cans of coffee to drink and there are comfortable places for you to read and drink great coffee's.
