They have an amazing breakfast. So much food. Hubby had biscuits and gravy, hash browns and ham and I had French toast, hash browns and bacon. Best ever. Service was great and wait time wasn't to bad. Make sure to stop in!!!

OMG!!! This place is AMAZING!!! I am not ever truly pleased with a restaurant, but Billy Gail’s is the best. Alex was an awesome waiter. We had the chicken fried steak and it was the best I have ever eaten. The mashed potatoes are great as well as the okra. Great good, environment, and service.

This place was recommended by a place we were vacationing, it was fabulous. We arrived on memorial day at about 10:45am, Parking lot was pretty full but got a spot quickly. Was told it may be an hour to an hour 15 minutes wait, got a table within 15 minutes. Portions were huge and food was great, yes the pancakes are as big as they look and the chicken fried steak was almost as big as the pancakes (I had already eaten 1 egg before I took the picture). We brought home enough to eat for 2 to 3 more days for breakfast and lunch with the leftovers. Staff was nice and pricing was fair. A must visit if in Branson area.

It was really busy when we visited. It took an extra long time to get our food after ordering. Once food arrived my burger was just ok. Not bad but not great either. The worst part was the cold lifeless french fries. Waitress never came by to check on us until we asked for the check. Oh well traveling through so I doubt anyone cares.

This place is fantastic, top to bottom. From delicious cooked fresh to order food to decor. Wait staff stood out all on their own super nice and attentive which is a feat in itself. This place is popular and stays quite busy. The 14 inch Pancake gets bigger with every bite or your stomach shrinks. My favorite restaurant and very reasonable.

Loved this place! Country style restaurant typical of what I’d expect to find in Branson. The billion dollar bacon was sweet! (Literally!). Eggs were good and the biscuits and gravy were perfect! Look at the size of that pancake! So sweet and best of all, that’s real butter! I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

I love this place. This is probably one of my favorite places to eat. I love the bacon and the HUGE pancakes!!The picture I showed of the pancake was only the kids meal because the real thing is too big for me to eat. Also the amazing decorations! The signs are so funny and cool! If you are in the area you MUST try this place!

My husband and I were at the Grenta location late afternoon in February. Not many people there at that time. We always have gone to the original location on Hwy. 265 and always good service and great food, but we were in the area of the Grenta location so thought it would be just as good as the other. It was not. We both ordered the "Famous Catfish Dinner". It was absolutely awful, very undercooked. The coating was soft, not crispy and the fish was not cooked all the way, mushy and not edible. We stopped our waitress and told her it was not cooked thoroughly and she took it back. She said she would get the manager and we told her, no need to that we're not going to eat it or order anything else. Soon after, the manager came out and apologized. She said she could see that it was more raw than cooked. She took our plates back to the kitchen, and apparently, tried a piece that hadn't been touched and confirmed it was more raw than done. She ended up removing one dinner from the order, which was very nice of her to do. That's the only reason I'm giving it two stars, because of her agreeing that it was undercooked and should not have been served to customers.

Very good brunch. All the food was so good. Corned beef hash was made in house and not from a can. The tri-tip sandwiches were incredible. Salad was good. French fries were really well seasoned. I’ve had the buffalo chicken sandwich before and it was freshly breaded, huge and one of the best I've had. That pancake is is gigantic and we all ate it and couldn't finish it. We love this restaurant. Accessibility was good. Parking was close to the door. Had to go over a threshold at the door that took a bit of effort. Getting to the table it was a bit tight between tables, but doable.

Had catfish and shrimp. That was not on the menu. They accommodated my request. It was a large group of us. I called ahead. They seated us quickly; even though one couple wasn’t there yet. Food was very good. Portions were huge. Everyone needed a to go box.

Cute little local "chain" place in Branson for breakfast! On Saturday morning, there was about a 30 minute wait for 2, so definitely plan on getting their early or be willing to wait. We had to order their famous 14 inch pancake, which did not disappoint. The service was great and they do a good job of getting people in and out to decrease wait for all guests.

Great service, huge portions, & mouthwatering good food. Little pricey but worth it. Get there early or be prepared to wait. We were one of the 1st in the door and it wasn't that bad. By the time we were done there was a line out the door.

This place is Awesome. Tucked away off MO 265, if you're looking for some great breakfasts, this is the place. The service was fantastic, billion dollar bacon, 14 inch pancakes, numerous breakfast choices. This is a must visit if you're staying in Branson.

We were seated in a fairly small area with 11 kids, 2 of them were running back and forth to family restroom that was right beside our booth. We were seated next to ice machine they were pouring ice into it, shaking coffee cups and banging them. So noisy we could hardly visit. My food was not very warm and bread was like croutons, very hard!

We got the belly buster ( probabbly enough for 2 or 3 people), biscuits and gravy combo, and the French cakes for 60 bucks. All of the food was delicious and huge portions. The waiter was also great! All around great experience.

Delicious food, great service! Huge portions. You won't go away hungry. 14" pancakes. Kids meal was big enough for an adult.
