Great local coffee/pastry shop in a converted house and off the beaten path. Porch sitting, friendly staff and fresh offerings with a relaxed atmosphere. Shop Local!
By far my favorite coffee place in Blue Springs. Employees are super nice, coffee is amazing, the vibes are always so chill, and it’s such a light and cozy feeling. (Plus I like that the employees have their own regulars and it’s fun to see the friendships between everybody, even you don’t know them.) If you don’t know what to get, I highly recommend the thin mint latte :)
Great drinks & food! My ONLY complaint is the one size cup offering- I'd love to see bigger options soon!

Scout is my HAPPY place! Always such a fun and enjoyable experience. The Scout team goes above and beyond to make you feel extra special, I often take their recommendations on coffee drinks! My current favorite is the pistachio latte with oat milk, runner ups being the blackberry mocha and honey lavender latte. My kids love the homemade protein balls and Scratch Bakery goodies particularly the sugar cookies and pop tarts, yum! The quiche is delightful if you're looking for something hearty. They now roast their own beans! The coffee is smooth and delicious and their seasonal drinks are always a nice treat. They offer many alternatives and options if you have any dietary restrictions/preferences. Very creative minds behind it all. They have such big hearts and smiles, the energy is just so joyful and refreshing from the moment you walk in. It's apparent that they take great pride in what they do and that they truly care for this community (it's all about "Coffee and Kindness")! I can not recommend Scout Coffee enough. This is the best local coffee shop in the area. Their homemade pastries, breakfast burritos, and every coffee on the board is so good. The environment is so warm and I always get my best work done at Scout! You just feel at home here

One of my favorite places in Blue Springs! Not only do they have great coffee and delicious pastries, the staff goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. I’m primarily a black coffee drinker, but one of my favorite items is the seasonal lavender and honey latte with oat milk.
Scout Coffee holds a special place for my family. Not only is Scout a wonderful coffee shop with amazing staff and even more amazing coffee. It is ran by one of the most thoughtful humans I have met who cares about his employees and staff. It brings me great joy to see this business succeed but I also want to do whatever I can to help it continue in that!

We LOVE Scout Coffee! I'm so glad they opened a location in Grain Valley, MO recently. We're there all the time! The coffee is delicious and we love how cute & comfortable both of their coffee shops are. (Blue Springs & Grain Valley) Highly recommend!
From a yummy beverage menu and tasty treats to cozy nooks and a welcoming vibe, this is my favorite coffee shop. The baristas make you feel at home and are helpful when asking about the amazing menu. Bonus - the fabulous monthly menu and fun pop-ups! Glad you are in our community!
