Great as usual but their metaphysical section could use a makeover and an upgrade

We love visiting B&N locations. Unfortunately, we cannot have one in our hometown because Books-a-Millon corporate is located there.

Daughter loves shopping in the Manga department, an I love the half off book sales. They are extremely helpful if you can't find the book your looking for.

Very clean and well organized into subject/theme sections. Most of the employees are very helpful, but there are a few who tend to get aggravated when asked for anything. We love this store though, despite that. They also have a Starbucks inside the store which has a employee that shines in her work. She is always helpful. If you don't know what you want, tell her what you like and she will hook you up with the most delicious tasting drink. My kids are always confused as to what they want, but she always sends them out if there satisfied. We are regular visitors to both Barnes and Noble and the Starbucks inside.
Great store with nice gift items. Not the stores fault but the ceiling is always leaking!
They have a lot of helpful books for kids and great books for adults I absolutely love going here

They have a wonderful children’s section, helpful staff, and a Starbucks. The building is older with some leaks, but the leaks are handled well and the store is otherwise clean. If you’re looking for book recommendations, I would suggest having an idea before going into a bookstore. Consider doing some research online or reaching out to your local librarian. Overall, we enjoy stopping here and checking out their deals.
This Barnes & Noble is located in the Tupelo Mall. There is access to the store from the outside of the mall, as well as within. The store is well kept and clean. The coffee shop is the highlight of this establishment. They are a little slow, but the coffee is good. This location has a very good children's section and their toy/novelty items are more extensive than most stores. The location has several roof leaks that need to be fixed.
Awesome as always....and I was even able to find a book I haven't read in almost 30 years. As well as leaving with about half dozen new ones.
My order was made incorrectly so I asked them simply to add creamer to the order. They told me I had to pay for creamer and that wasn't a problem. They then told me I had to get back in line to do it like they couldn't either just add the creamer or just run the card real quick. Very poor customer service.

Large variety of books and things to go with them. The staff was very nice as well giving help when needed.
