My daughter was thrilled to get Krispy Kreme donuts.
The donuts are always good but the coffee never is. Also, they never open when it says they’re supposed to at 10.
We ordered assorted donuts but they only gave 3 variations including original glazed which she knew i am getting an entire dozen anyway. We tried to switch some of them but the staff was not too friendly in assisting us. Customer service can use a lot of improvement.

They need to work on their customer service. Cause the young man had a very bad attitude. He was throwing the customer's food on the counter to them.I was in shock to see that at this location. Not good at all.
The donuts where fine, but the service was something else. The second time i got donuts the employee left while i was trying to order, and not to mention the fact i tried to order a coffee and the employee told me there wasn’t any and served a coffee to the person after me. The employee would serve other people more better of the same skin tone. i felt like this was racist because i’m hispanic.
I would give the donut 5 stars, but nothing else. I was in there around 4 pm and they weren't serving any coffee drinks. I ended up having to buy a bottle of water. That coffee sure would have been nice.

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Something don’t sound right because where is the 5 star service when I come? Always out of milk, staff doesn’t want to make lattes past 7PM. THEY PUT SIGNS AND CHAIRS UP TO MAKE YOU FEEL UNWELCOME WHEN YOU ARE PAYING MONEY AND NOT TO MENTION ITS COLD OUTSIDE NOW. This is my second bad experience here. Management needs to stop hiring high school students that don’t wanna work.
It was closed when I tried to go which was very unfortunate due to being in town a short while but usually they have ok donuts.
I never known a poplar donut place to turn customer's around because the didn't make the glaze donuts that there famous for.
The donuts were good and the cashier was nice and polite.
Very good turtle cheesecake donut.
