Hot chai was absolutely BANGING. Best I’ve had in Oxford, and I’ve tried just about all of them. Cheaper than Starbucks too.

Very cool coffee shop with great coffee and even better Cranberry Orange Scones! Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Oxford!

Had an iced latte. Service was fast. Drink was great. Atmosphere was very welcoming. If I lived in the area or went to school there would definitely hang out. Variety of vegan foods too.

What a great place! Saw a ridiculously negative review and said to myself: if that ‘critic’ felt the need to be that derogatory, this must be a good spot! Courteous and talented, the staff is almost as good as the latte. Highly recommend.

They only use disposable cups now. I don't like to drink espresso from a paper cup, but the cold brew is still excellent.

First time stopping in, staff was friendly and patient with our orders! Delicious crafted coffee and baked goods! They gave out dog treats to our pup as they're pet friendly and can bring your fur babies in!

I attempted…foolishly…to go to Starbucks on Jackson Avenue this morning for coffee. They had locked customers out of the building, forcing drive through access only. Beyond the inconvenience and absurdity of customers being limited on access, they have created a safety concern as the traffic flow for drive through is horrendous. Since humans have become increasingly inconsiderate of others, three individuals were stuck in parking (they had intended to be paying customers). All three, plus myself, left without spending a cent once we were able to get free of the mess in the parking lot. I am glad that happened. If not, I may not have found Heartbreak Coffee. Highly recommend them for fast, friendly, and I can say now…much better tasting coffee. I now have my go-to coffee spot when I’m in town!

An oasis in the South, for sure. Coffee was wonderful and the staff extremely friendly. We felt right at home when we tried to escape the heat of Mississippi 🤣

Hmmm. Mixed feelings. The sausage and biscuit was delicious, but the two different coffees we ordered tasted very off, and we are avid coffee drinkers, so I don’t think it was just a preference thing. Nice location, but I’m not sure I would go back.

While in Oxford for two nights over Memorial Day weekend, we stopped here on Sunday a.m. for two lattes (one w/sugar free caramel and one w/ Vanilla). This had to be the best, richest tasting latte I've ever had. We liked it so much we went there the next day and I had the same order while daughter got the frappe. Both super good.

Nice atmosphere. Good wifi. Nice pastries. BUT... the coffee is the vilest tasting concoction that has ever dared call itself coffee. It is unsalvageable... not with sweetener... not with creamer... This stuff is puke-inducing....

Stopped here for coffee on a Saturday morning. Cute atmosphere - definitely hang out place for college kids. The service was fast and the coffee is pretty good. Good place to stop when on the square.

Is this place open? Waited way past opening hours. No lights, no movement, no sign of opening.
