The Bulldog Bundle is the most frustrating program and they don't make it obvious to opt out.

This has got to be one of the best college stores I have been in. They have tons of MSU merchandise, a cafe, and a book store. Definitely worth the stop if you want some MSU stuff or just want a place to hang out for a little bit.

Absolutely horrible. No one answers the phone, it takes days to get a response via email. Very disorganized. My order has been cancelled twice with directions to re purchase, however, the web site doesn't allow me to do so. Order or Rent your books elsewhere whenever possible.

Went there, paid for my books, and got my credit card information stolen the next morning with purchases being made with my card in different states. Luckily it wasn't a huge issue in getting a new one and canceling my old. Be careful when scanning your card.

Called twice to make sure they would be able to buy back my textbooks only to waste gas because they didn’t mention that i had to be a current msu student. Could’ve saved me a literal hour and gas money. Very polite just not very informative and i regard that as inconsiderate.

Amazing merchandise but hardly a bookstore, shouldn’t be called a B&N, but very handy for homework.

No one picks up the phone and If they do they redirect it to managers voice mail which is full. Made an online order to pick up at store, waited for a week and no response whatsoever. Idk if I'll ever get anything from this place.

Poor selection of books. I am a book worm and was in the mood to get lost in the excitement of a book store. unfortunately due to covid-19, I believe, there was only a slim selection. I use to love this place. Now it has changed. It had a lot of college resource books and thing that only applied to student. Which being a book store on a university campus is practical. just to be clear, the chain of stores is amazing, online shopping would be ideal for readers. Physical store at this specific location is only suitable for the college student during this time of change.

Wouldn’t even answer my calls. Ridiculously high prices for things you can find online.

Really needs to get their stuff in order. Ran out of lab manuals and labs just started this Monday. Only have XXL lab coats in stock and labs just started Monday. People have requirements for classes. Very unprofessional to not order enough or make sure there is enough prior to school starting.

This place was beautiful. There was such a huge selection of Mississippi State merchandise. There was something for everyone in the family. The freshman books were a bit pricey and no rentals available. But other than that it’s a great place.

Just another Barnes and and Noble, the only one in Mississippi State University. Pretty big one, with a lot of collections for your MSU swag. However, most of them are overpriced! The only time I bought something was the graduation robe. There is a cafe inside for a quick breakfast/ lunch. There are ample Spaces to sit ( inside / outside patio). Very nice and quite environment to study. I have seen many of my friends to buy coffee and study for hours. The parking at the backside ( towards the stadium side) of BN, is for 45 minutes only. So check before you park and spend time for hours! ( My friend got ticket there for parking more than the time limit.)
