We were in town for a wedding when we found this little place. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with them. Our group had French Toast, Pancake Breakfast and The Country Breakfast, all were great!
Need to update their google business listing to closed on Mondays.
Great food, great atmosphere.
Have a wonderful cup of coffee and pastry before hitting the Trace on our bicycles. Got to talk to the co-owners and they know their audience! You MUST detour to Gathers when bike riding by. Thank you for your southern hospitality!
Good breakfast and dinner
so good and great service!!! I had a order of 10 sandwiches and I needed pretty quick and man, did they deliver!!!!! everyone enjoyed their meal and I personally loved the ambiance of the atmosphere and the friendliness of the employees!

I had the shrimp salad. It was delicious. I have had the chicken salad before and it was super good too. They also have specials. Highly recommend.

I loved it everybody was nice and friendly and the food was extremely good I recommend this to everybody who happened to be traveling to Houston Mississippi stop by for a friend smile and a good home cooked meal
The Over The Hill Gang, a bicycle group ate here on our trip down the Natchez Trace. The service was first rate, the food was perfect...the staff bends over backwards to make you happy as does everyone in this beautiful old southern town. Their goal is to make you happy. Mike, the owner, is proud of his town and is working tirelessly to make all the visitors to Houston feel welcome. Check out his hotel. Enjoy the town of Houston, a model for every town in America.
We had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours here before our show. The food was great, the coffee was even better. But, the standout was the service. Penelope was an absolute delight and should be considered a treasure by the good people of Houston.
