So I decided I would give y'all a try and let me just say first your workers are very rude and need to learn how to treat a customer. 2nd the coffee is just plain horrible oh my I thought Starbucks was bad. I paid $7 for something that I can't drink!! cause the Expresso taste like it's been in that container for months!! Safe to say I will never take my business back there.
Every time I go in I’m met with attitude by the same girl working behind the counter like you can’t ask questions cause they just aren’t up for answering any either the coffee is to sweet or to bitter never a consistent flavor.
Coffee was fine. Pass on the food. In fact, just pass this place and head to Dunkin
The barista named Austin was very rude, obnoxious, and loud. We went in cups and you can right off the bat can tell who he is usually the one goofing around, dancing while going from front off the counter to behind and being completely unprofessional. While I was there he was staring at me and my companion the whole time giving us a disgusting look. And me trying to be a bigger man I walked away and thanked him trying to not be confrontational I could hear him bad mouthing about us to his co workers. He disrespected and was rude to us before this visit as well and completely unaware of customer manners. I don’t know what kind of management will hire someone like that. From now on I will never go there, I would rather go somewhere else and pay more money and not recommend anyone to go to cups used to be good. Just go to Starbucks literally down the street, they will never treat you like that.
Top tier coffee but management should have a talk with employees about playing in front of customers instead of helping them. I come to cups every morning and Nicki is top tier and about her business… but Cole who works the late shift may need some coaching. He was talking around with his coworkers and I’m not against having fun in the workplace but even one of his coworkers (who wasn’t on the clock) looked me then him twice said you have a customer who needs to be helped. He never even once said I’ll be with you in a moment. He just looked lost, ran his fingers through his hair. Then proceed to catch an attitude when I asked if someone could help me.
Service was a little slow, but that's because it's Christmas and that should be expected. Friendly staff filled our order correctly and the coffee was great
If they could just get a touch faster this would be one of the better cups places. Coffee is always good but even with no one in line it's just slow. Get a cream cheese danish
Cozy little coffee shop! Great place to stop and get coffee to go or sit and get some work done!

Want a place to go where everyone knows your name? Minus the alcohol. Well you’ve found your place. Want a coffee shop where you can wander in and order a size you can pronounce.. ? They’ve got that too. Feeling a little sparkly and want your coffee served to you in a ceramic mug of a unicorn riding a rainbow..just ask and you shall receive. Good luck with that at Starbucks. Susan bakes all her breakfast items by hand daily. If you haven’t had a blueberry muffin on Wednesday your just not living life. But hey, if your on a diet or something they have a selection of non fun items.. like oatmeal. Have a nagging question you’ve just been dying to ask a cop? Well, your in luck. Most days Mon-Sat you’ll have some of Madison and Rankin counties finest in having coffee. Just walk up and ask. They don’t bite. If your goal is to slide up and order out your window this isn’t your place. Come in, share a laugh, look at some local artwork, interact with your neighbors and I think you won’t want to go anywhere else. Oh, and if your upset about that plain ole styrofoam cup (Covid supply issue) they’ll always draw a picture on it for you.
Tried Cups a few weeks ago and I was delighted by the coffee and service.

The small Cold Brew for $4.36 sure did taste a lot like regular coffee with ice…and 100% styrofoam cups, not so environmentally friendly. Loud music inside, consider if going to work or study. Gave it the 2 stars for the cool interior design.
Third day in a row that I've come in for a cup of flavored coffee and they are out. Today they didn't even offer to brew any, they just filled the rest of my cup up with regular brew and didn't say anything. Extremely disappointing.
Love cups but not this one. Coffee wasn’t upto the mark. Service needs to be improved.
Killer double shot cortado. Their espresso is strong and smooth. Barista Susan has been here for years and knows your “usual” when you walk up to the counter. It’s a place where they know your name.
I walked in one hour before they closed requesting a frappe. I was told they just put something away so I could not get one. This is the second time I have walked in after work to get a frappe and was told they could not make me one. No offer to make me anything else. I will not be back to the Cups by dogwood. I drove across town to another Cups location and they did not have any problem at all making the frappe I asked for and it was 15 minutes before closing time. I highly recommend the cups on old Canton Road.
