This business is so ridiculous. I went to this location today to try and redeem my E-Gift Card and the cashier said she couldn’t redeem it! Couldn’t scan my bar code or manually type my code in!! I haven’t never had a issue before at any other location. This is ridiculous

Today I stopped by while in Columbus. The young man who waited on me was so polite. He took service with a smile above and beyond. Warmed this grandmom's heart. The donuts were fresh and wonderful!

Yall disappointed alot of kids for report cards. Of course I appreciate the free donuts yall give, but the kids. Many of them were disappointed by the change yall have made. With them working hard for nine weeks and no longer getting a choice on donuts. Also, the donuts today because I bought a dozen. They were horrible and not hot even though the hot sign was on.

EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO IN HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE. Why not try to ignore the negative service to get some Krispy Kreme though... right? We go pretty frequent and always get the same thing, 2 dozen assorted. The past 3 times we have been in here the doughnuts taste awful, almost stale. The coffee machine NEVER works. The bathroom was decent, and the eating area was OK as well. Just the customer service and food prep is very off and need HUGE improvements.

Well, here’s another business that will probably end up closed. Want to know why? The last three visits have been not good. The first wasn’t terrible. The staff was prompt, friendly and helpful but messed up my charges. I had a coupon and it was good for up to five orders but only had one discounted. The second visit, I waited at the order window for 5+ minutes and nobody ever greeted me, so I left. Today I went and the order taker ‘couldn’t hear me’ so when I got to the window I asked for them to split up one dozen into two half dozen boxes. No big deal right? Well, seemingly it was. I was met was a sigh and an eye roll. I instructed her to give me my card back and cancel the order. If management/ownership wants to know why their business isn’t making money, it’s because of your terrible staff. Do better.

We love Krispy Kreme. Coming from the NY/NJ area, we always look forward to getting Krispy Kreme in other places. Today however was quite a disappointment. We went to grab some donuts at this Krispy Kreme and as my boyfriend was finishing up his cake batter donut, he starting chewing something hard. Come to find out it was a piece of wood chip. He thought it was a sprinkle or something but it was very hard and he could’ve choked if he swallowed it. Now I’m afraid of even eating the rest of the donuts. I should go back and return the 6 pack of assorted donuts I purchased.

Worst krispy kreme I've ever been to. They never have the specials advertised. I've been three times over the last year and was unable to purchase what I came for. Today I went and once again none of the donuts advertised for the 4th. I got a dozen glazed and they were nothing like krispy kreme donuts. The texture was like philo dough and they tasted like old cooking oil. I have no idea how this place stays open. There were at least 6 employees in there doing nothing.

For the past three weeks in a row we went to Krispy Kreme between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. Last weekend it was Chocolate glazed day. When we got to the store we were told they were sold out and had no donuts. Everyone was just standing around laughing. There were a lot of people there wanting to get donuts. Everyone was upset.
