The best donut shop ever!!!!! Their kolaches are the best and the cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever had!!!!!! They also have the best customer service! The employees are probably the best part!!!!!! Great place!!!!

I have been here numerous times when I drive by Biloxi. Definitely worth it! They have delicious donuts, kolaches and croissant sandwiches! The staff is friendly, and the place is clean unlike other donut shops in the area. You won’t be disappointed ! I suggest you get some for your workplace, family, or party. It was a hit when I brought it to a local birthday party I attended in ocean spring!
I remember Shipley's donuts when I lived in the Delta. I frequent the one in Biloxi and they yet to let me down. Same delicious 😋 donuts I remember when I was a kid...
I love this place the stuff, so it’s fresh and delicious and the staff are always friendly and inviting definitely a five star
Fantastic donuts and service
My first time buying from Shipley’s so I was excited! The lady who took my order was OK. Not exactly the best at customer service, but it was the donuts that was a huge disappointment, sadly. They tasted like old grease, and they weren’t really soft. They also weren’t appealing in presentation. For the price I paid, I expected a better experience. Pretty bummed! 😩
I've never been to Shipley Do-nuts but was so pleasantly surprised by this experience. I called ahead of time to verify an item I saw online was available. The gentleman confirmed they had that item in stock and I asked if he could hold that and he said he could. Never having been to this business, I did not know what to expect. This establishment was very clean, well lit, well stocked and obviously smelled delicious. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone assisted me with selecting other items and ringing me up. He was really friendly and let me know that I can order online as well. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who wants donuts or kolaches in the Popps Ferry area. There are several other donut shops within 5 miles including a national chain. I would recommend for anyone drive out of their way to purchase from this store. Very pleased with my experience from start to finish.
Wish there were more locations!
i went to shipleys this morning and to start off the customer service was horrible. the lady taking my order had an attitude when i said i wanted a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sand which with no egg. then she told me that the egg comes mixed in and i was confused but didn’t think past it . i’m not that picky i would have just took the egg off. then the lady asked me if i want kolaches and which i repeated myself wanting a breakfast sandwhich and the lady said ok,then when i pull to the window i get my order and drive off and me and my friend both have two strange pieces of bread and no breakfast sand which. it was kolaches. she messed up my order with an attitude and i can’t help but to refrain from shipleys and stay loyal to biloxi donuts.

Shipley's is the pinnacle of Donutdom. I have no idea why it's not Doughnutdom, but who cares. It's delicious. Get a kolache if you're looking for savory instead of sweet.
Place looked new and the customer service was good, but the donuts are just not good. I'd compare them to the ones that the Winn-Dixie deli puts out, which is kind of sad to me. I had hopes that this place would be a hit for me.

I was so excited when they opened a Shipley in Biloxi. I grew up in Vicksburg and there used to be three Shipley's there. Every time I eat a Shipley Donut it brings my thoughts straight back to my grandparents kitchen table when I was a child. Some of the best in the area.
