Beautiful quilt shop with great coffee!
Really should remove the listing for the coffee house, and just leave the quilt shop instead, as this really isn’t a coffee house anymore. At a minimum the pictures of the previous interior design should be removed, as there is no longer any inside seating. Yes, you can get coffee and treats, but you can’t enjoy them inside due to quilt shop policy (understandable given the place is jam-packed with very nice fabric). We visited in the winter, so it was only grab and go, but they have outdoor seating so it would be quite pleasant in warmer months to sit outside with all of the lovely outdoor decorations. Friendly staff, very generous syrup in the Italian sodas for kids, best cup of coffee I had in town.
Quilt shop with friendly staff and nice selection.
Nice little coffee shop inside of a quilt shop
This place is horrible and if I could go absolutely anywhere else I would. The staff are rude and treat children horribly. I have been here twice and both times my children were scolded for doing absolutely nothing but looking at the things in the store, or touching the bells on the front door. Maybe don't have a coffee shop in a quilt store if you are that worried about people looking at the quilting stuff while ordering coffee.
Excellent eggs, bacon, and homemade bread. Cute and clean tables and chairs. Friendly and kind servers. Great place!
Quilting to coffee. Fun stop there.
Lovely shop, friendly staff, pretty good coffee.
Nice place and owner. Went in to try to find breakfast yesterday and they don't do breakfast. But the owner directed us to just about every other possible place in Wabasha and Nelson that would be open (it was Monday, some places closed) and what kinds of food they served, even though she made no sale on it. Came back for coffee this morning!👍
Weak coffee
Went there with family, ordered multiple different foods for breakfast. All were very bland, except the biscuit. Service was good, but not enough to make up for the very bland and expensive food.
I was visiting on a quilt shop hoping. Her fabric is out of this world. Didn't stop for food.
The place was cute and the owner very nice… but the drinks were terrible. The chai we got literally tasted like puke and my coffee tasted old and burned.
en route to the Fat Tire Birkie in Cable WI. I was really excited to try this coffee shop, looked super cute but hours listed on Google were incorrect (listed as open till 4pm). You may wish to correct for other travelers. Will try again some other time.
Stopped in for a Chai Latte and muffin... super delicious! And really friendly service to boot!
Buena atención
This is an utterly cute coffee shop. It is also a quilt shop as well. Outside, there are a lot of open tables for people to sit at and artwork made out of bicycle parts. Inside is a deliciously wonderful mix of coffee shop and yarn shop. There are many handmade items inside that you can buy. Parking is fantastic with some angle parking on one side and lots of street parking.
I dislike leaving a negative review, but unfortunately feel like one is warranted. When we arrived, instead of being politely welcomed, the person working there immediately asked our vaccine status. She did this while helping another customer. When we replied, she immediately pointed to our young daughter and said, "What about her?". To be asked this and treated this way in front of other customers is extremely inappropriate and rude. Instead of choosing to humiliate their customers, they could just make masks a requirement. As an American, I value my medical privacy rights and will no longer be supporting this business.
Our family stopped to buy coffee and hot chocolate. When we stepped up to the counter, the lady asked us if we were vaccinated. There was no hello or welcome of any kind. She was incredibly rude. She proceeded to attack my daughter because she didn't have a mask on. I said forget it and told her that we would take our $35 elsewhere. Careful, she may ask you for details on your prostate exam! I refuse to support a business like this.
My wife likes to visit quilt shops whenever she travels. She said, this place had beautiful quilts displayed and a fantastic variety of fabrics. The people were so friendly, and I wasn't even bored!
