Love this small town shop. Rhubarb torte of your grandmas sure was yummy.

My miel was great. Carmel roles were soft and yummy. Cinnamon roll was much drier and not as delicious. The dogs LOVED their biscuits!

Ruby’s roast is the friendliest coffee shop I’ve visited. Paige always greets by my name and asks me “What’s happening today”. The people that work there are terrific and are always smiling. We are very lucky in Victoria to have Ruby’s 😎
We are in Ruby’s several times a week and always feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We love the coffee, gluten-free quiche and pastries! Paige always greets us by name and with a welcoming smile!
Fantastic pecan Carmel rolls ...and the ham and cheese scones are a must with dark chocolate latte... only improvements for a full breakfast would be for a fresh cooked egg. Great offstreet outdoor seating area with beautiful flowers / view of quiet downtown Victoria.
Love Ruby's! So many great latte flavors and the scones are fantastic. They also had a gluten free quiche special. Everything I try there is always wonderful. I enjoy stopping in the neighboring book store if I have time after grabbing coffee.
Paige and her staff at Ruby’s are absolutely delightful and their coffee and baked treats are always delicious! Such a gem here in downtown Victoria!

Stopped in for a quick bite and a coffee. Such a cute spot! Friendly staff, great coffee. Would have loved to hang on the patio if it was a little warmer. Next time!
Fun bakery! We tried a few baked goods (cinnamon roll, savory scone, the Tuscan pretzel, and their rooster cookie). Great food overall. Would recommend stopping by!

The tea and baked goods are top knotch. Seriously the best. I've made it a weekly treat even though it's a bit out of the way.
We stopped this morning on our way to Montana had they sticky bun and scones Wow!!! Can't wait to stop on our way back to Missouri
Love love this bakery! Her baked goods don’t have added sugars and they are delicious. She has a steady stream of bikers and runners and young local families…and the rest of us who discovered this gem. The coffee beans she uses are a delightful compliment to her baked goods. So who’s “her”? Paige is the baker. She delights in getting to know everyone who comes to her roost. All who work there just make you smile. Go and be happy you did. Ruby’s Roost will become a regular healthy addition to your weekly routine. Enjoy!
Came here on a Saturday mid-morning for brunch. Studied for a bit. The service was great! The food was amazing! The drinks were tasty. Well worth a visit. They have gluten free options. They also have punch cards. Parking is free and easy.
Like the place and coffee tastes good. Fresh brew and smiling faces will cheer up the mood.
