Bubble tea is amazing! The blend of tea, milk, and tapioca pearls creates a delightful and satisfying drink. The variety of flavors and toppings make it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Fantastic drink but one of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen.
The bubble tea was great! Took two stars off because the place was filthy and the staff seemed really unhappy and sat on their phones the whole time. Update 4/10/23 -- Went back because I really wanted bubble tea. Was met by a broken/overturned futon as I went through the door, and the chalkboard sign at the back of the store now says takeout only. There was only one employee, and he was friendly enough, but again, due to the cleanliness, I don't know that I will be back.
-OK- Picked up 3 drinks for the girls. Place seemed half open-kinda dirty feel overall. Employee was generally quiet but quick. Maybe a little quiet and less busy being spring break? Overall girls said drinks were decent to good.
Taro bubble tea is delicious!!
Drinks are good and staff are friendly enough but the interior is pretty messy. Its now March and not only are the Christmas decorations up, there's also a random pumpkin hanging around. It discourages you from wanting to sit in and relax in there.
First time ever here, staff was SO kind and willing to give suggestions for drinks, the drinks were fantastic ( I had the strawberry yakult with Aloe) 10/10 will definitely go again when in St. Cloud!
I love the Boba I got but the workers kinda seemed sad. I got a strawberry lemon tea drink with strawberry popping Boba and that was really good! It has a really cute interior design to!
My sisters treated me to a brown sugar latte. It was delicious. Cute little spot to sit and sip.
I tried the orea breulee. All the orea and the bubbles were struck at the bottom. It's not worth it don't go for it.
I loved this place! The lady there was very nice to me and my daughter! And the drinks there tasted amazing. I totally reccomend this!
Neat experience. Will definitely go again. -No jelly chunk in it next time though .
I love this place! There's so many different drink options. I've never had something I didn't like. The look of the shop is very cute too! They decorate for the different holidays and seasons too which is a nice atmospheric touch.
Great tea and fast service but known to close 20-15 minutes early, given their website and social media hours.
I went there for the first time on a trip to Saint cloud and the tea i ended up with was alright but the customer service was horrible! I asked for a tea and was completely disregarded although we were the only people in there, then the employee says they're out of what I ordered very under his breath which is understandable but I wasn't even sure what he said :( I tried to be friendly but it just seemed awkward and weird.
I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times I’ve been I always feel like the staff doesn’t want to be there. I also never really like my drinks. They have a unique selection and I kept trying to give them a chance but I’m disappointed each time by the lack of flavor. Is there something I’m missing? Do I need to tell them how sweet I want my drink because they never ask me and I’ve been let down each time.
Like the service and product. But store is dusty and dirty on furniture and floor.
Horrible customer service the guy was rude to me turned his back to me and the boba is poorly cooked and not sweet
We try to visit ViVi Bubnle tea everytime we come to St Cloud. Great menu and yummy teas.
I went there for the first time ever, IT WAS SO COMFORTING. I would go here again but I love like 2 hours away. I would rate it 10 stars if I could! I ordered the Strawberry slush with the Strawberry pop boba. 10/10
