Ice cream lookalike coffee hits
Ordered a blended turtle mocha just now and was met with an exaggerated eye roll. After waiting I was handed what looks more like a blended turtle mocha that sat out all day. No ice chips in it at all, it's as if they just put the plain drink in the blendor and turned it into foam. It's on the verge of being warm and it tastes awful. I was the only person in line so I'm not sure what happened, but that was a waste of five bucks. Wish I would have handed it back. Now I'm stuck trying to drink it anyway because I don't have anything else to drink...
Honestly worst bagel experience I ever had. I ordered a plain un toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side along with a garden avocado breakfast sandwhich. Not only did it take almost 20 minutes but I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it which won’t last until my room mate gets home. My avocado sandwhich was very messy, not cut all the way, and the egg was ice cold. Not sure if the employees just did not care or if they were not properly trained.
Not an actual Caribou at all or Coffee and Bagel and have ordered things there two different times and ended up not even getting it since no one made it
Though I've only ever gotten a blended chai tea from caribou once, getting it another time from this location was awful. I couldn't tell exactly what was wrong with the drink. But it was not right, and very flavorless. The service was pretty good otherwise.

Scsu renovated and now caeibou and Einstein bagels are both in a tiny cramped location The lines are very very long the quality of the coffee is not very good they made a terrible mistake when they renovated here do you not go here if you can avoid it at all
Do not come here if you are expecting a correct order or for it to be done on time. Give yourself at least a 30minute window when ordering here. Not joking.
Because it's in the University they do not honor any special or perks.
9 put of 10 times this place either makes your drink/sandwich incorrectly, is out of ingredients for your drink/sandwich, or takes forever to make your drink/sandwich. Not sure if it is a management problem, or an apathetic employee problem, or both. Consistently frustrating and disappointing.
Great place, even when they are swamped they provide good coffee. They train new employees very diligently. remember with black coffee you can get a free refill with receipt.
