I LOVE this coffee shop. I come here multiple times a week and it brings me so much joy. The people are so welcoming, the food and drinks are great, and they always have awesome recommendations. I highly recommend
The staff at Savage Dunn Brothers are always friendly, hard working and enjoy there job. That’s why I make it part of my daily routine.
Immediately after walking in, I made eye contact with the owner. I gave him a welcoming smile and he just stared at me making me uncomfortable. At first I thought it was a one off but then as my spouse(black female) and I(black female) order and get settled at a table. He proceeds to come over and say that we cannot have food that was not purchased there because he “needs to make a living”. No signs posted say this and we have come in countless times with different meals. We are never disruptive and we always purchase beverages when we come. Most times more than one for each of us. What was different about today? It’s giving prejudice… We won’t ever be frequenting this establishment again. 0/10 do not recommend if you are looking to be welcomed like any other coffee shop.
Terrible service. Owner is a terrible business man. They are not welcoming of LGBTQ members who even purchase their products. No signs illustrate whether you are able to bring outside food as their food isn’t the greatest, and the owner will embarrass you and your family after allowing it previous times. DON’T waste your money at this establishment especially if you are pro LGBTQ. Please visit the Dunn’s bros in Apply Valley as they have outstanding service!
Amazing I go every Saturday and am never disappointed with the food or the staff. Great coffee at a good price.
Like the new menu, solid internet. My only complaint and why I gave 4 stars vs 5 - the heat was cranked up so high I was sweating. It felt like I was in a sauna. Guarantee it was 85 degrees or hotter when I was there. Re to comment: I know it can be tricky to balance heat etc. It felt like the gas fireplace was probably running for a portion of the morning and it wasn't cooling off. All I know is I was sweating! ;) I bumped my review to 5 stars due to your professional response. Appreciate the thoughts and I'll be back.
True space cadets working here. Two other customers in store when I came in to pick up online order, I waited 10 minutes to get a half full beverage while the staff giggled at each other over the payment by folks ordering.
We are regulars here on the weekend and we love it! The staff is super friendly and knows what we want when we walk in. The coffee is great! We buy the whole bean coffee and love that you can buy in 1/2 or 1/4 pounds instead of a whole pound at a time.
I LOVE that they have an ACTUAL working fireplace! It's warm and cozy on these chilly days. The service was great and the food was good.
Feels like a local coffee shop where people come to work and meet. Very friendly barrista and coffee was good. Place could get cleanup up just a bit.
I have only had good experiences here... Friendly staff, good drinks, nice atmosphere. Only 'complaint' (if you can call it that) about Dunn Bros. in general, is that the prices seem a little higher than competitors, but it's not by much. On the up-side, I really like their app and rewards program! Great coffee. Tip: If it's in season, try the Pumpkin Pie Latte! It's the best pumpkin latte out there!! Update: Still a strong 5-star! Stopped in recently and the owner and I had a nice chat while I waited for my coffee drink to be made. I also tried an edible straw and just want to mention it because they are fun and only $0.50 right now!! Give it a try, people! Super fun!! Such friendly and helpful baristas here too. Always a joy to stop in at this location!
Worst clientele I've ever seen at a coffee shop. Either kids running around everywhere, boomer women gossiping constantly, loud people on video meetings, or even all three at once. There are also people who operate their business out of there which is bizarre. Feels more like an office cafeteria or a children's day care than a coffee shop. Not a great place if you want to relax or work on something. Two stars because the coffee is consistent and the staff are good.
Great little coffee shop with great breakfast sandwich!
This is my 3rd time coming here! 5 stars! First time I ordered a carmal almond latte litterly amazing second and 3rd time I ordered food and this time when I ordered my food I said I'll just wait few minutes outside come back and check if my sandwiches are done before I even was going to check if my sandwiches where done one of the employees came all the way out to bring me my breakfast sandwiches I can not fit everything in such a small review but this place is truly wonderful 😊

Best Lattè I’ve had in a long time! Great staff, warm n welcoming. Diligent on all the customizable options u can have with ur coffee. Always my fav coffee shop to stop at if ur in the savage area.
