The menus of drink options is confusing to me. Or someone who doesn't visit regularly.
Love this little caribou so much! We go to Sauk quite a bit and prefer running errands there over Alex. Always gotta stop for my favorite, a white chocolate mocha :) Almost always a short line and they whip the drinks out quickly. No bad experiences yet!

The drive thru is the most friendly service I have ever encountered. Coffee and food is excellent as well.
The staff were very friendly and polite. It was a busy morning in the drive through, but the line moved quickly. When the drive through employee saw my dog, she gave us a pup cup :). The parking lot and drive through are compact could be a bit difficult to maneuver through, but the building is gorgeous and coffee was great!
Only issue with this place is they messed up my order the first time. The food is good and the frozen hot chocolate is amazing.
