FROZEN CENTER OF SANDWICH. Ice CHUNK! The drinks were good tho.
Love it! can drive thru and in-store, very convenient.
Wish they were a little faster here in the morning but other than that I have no complaints.
They were super busy today, but got me through the drive through quickly!
Very cheerful disposition and helpful as well as courteous I had explained that the last two times I had went to a different location my drink didn’t taste all that great and they were very upfront about that I should go ahead and order it and if I didn’t like it they would make me whatever I wanted definitely one of the better Caribou Locations I have been to
Worst customer service experience ever! You order “A” expect “E”! They care less about their service to others and company image! When I get back them they turn their back and nobody showed up to the order desk! My day went without that refreshing coffee I use to get from other locations! They need to address this and change their approach!
Drove all the way here to go through the drive thru, no one answered so I went inside and the two girls working didn’t have headsets on and shut the lights off as I was walking up 45 minutes before they were supposed to close.
don't get me wrong I love caribou in sartell, but when it says it's open till 9 pm and there already closed at 8 pm it's confusing. so I think they should change their times online so people will actually know when they are open.
Bad customer experience, it shows as open in google maps we went to the drive through but it’s closed the people are still in they saw us waving hands but didn’t even cared

Twice recently I’ve ordered a French roast coffee w/cream and received (and paid extra for) a gross over-creamed craft press with sugar. More money and gross. Maybe it’s because the staff can’t hear when you order and you can't hear them either. The Covid shield , the masks, the noisy machines, and the loud banter and chit chat of the workers - I’ve had to yell to be heard, and apparently they still can’t hear. And it is not just me. The customer in front of me had to yell and repeat himself in order to be heard. Also ordered a bakery treat and it was still thawing from frozen and should have been warmed before serving. They are always crazy busy here and are not taking appropriate time to make sure they get it right. I'd rather wait the extra time and get what I ordered. As convenient as this location is, it's not worth the money spent.

It’s usually good but today we ordered sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and both sandwiches were ice cold.

While the staff working are always very nice, not one time have they ever made my coffee right. It’s never a complicated order but it’s aaaaalways wrong
