Slow as usual, no desire to get your order right. It's fast food and as usual it took 5-7 minutes to get your food. Typical Roseau Burger King.

Went for lunch while I was visiting my boyfriend. Did drive thru and it was slow but not super slow. Took maybe 10 mins to get to the speaker and maybe 10 minutes to get my food. Seemed like maybe there was only a handful of people there. The guy apologized for the wait and I wasn't in a hurry. I got hot food and it was all correct.

Went through the drive thru and was treated very very poorly! I will be contacting corporate for the racism I received today ! When I called I asked to speak with a manger and was told she was the manger and didn’t care at all and was hung up on!!!

My friend and I came through drive thru and was greeted rite away and order taken. The manager Laura was taking orders and money we received our food fast and accurately also the best food we’ve gotten yet from Roseau location . Will definitely be coming back.

Waiting 15 minutes in drive thru no one in front of me nothing i repeatedly said “hello” as soon as I drive off I can see 3 people inside with headsets on laughing n joking around so explain to me why is it still same management there

Snail like slow service.. had many days to where I've been in line for 30 min+ even had some days to where I've left went to a different food join got my food came back by and the line still hadn't moved. I like bq but not willing to wait half my day for food.. and then see workers sitting on their phone at the window when I pull up not great with a smile not take my card for what seems like minutes. Very poor service bran new restaurant with two lanes. But EVERY other business in town is 100 times faster embarrassing...

As a semi truck driver it is very difficult to navigate the drive-thru lanes. Would prefer to have a dining room available for ordering a meal.

Employees don't seem to know how to do there job. They over charged my and couldn't do a refund. So I not only lost out on my money I also didn't get all my food

I had high hopes for this place. As of late, this establishment has been EXTREMELY slow. They won't acknowledge you at the drive up to let you know of any wait time even. Very, very poor service. People want to eat here, but not when the service is this poor. It's a shame.

Don’t waste your time. Sometimes open sometimes not during normal business hours. Completely incapable of running two drive throughs when open. Don’t expect them to get your order right.

It took us an hour and a half to get to the menu board to order it took us an other 45 minutes to pay-to the window. Once we reach to the window, we see in 5 to 6 people on their phone and no one took our money for the next 15 minutes. I decided to takeoff and left the area with that type of service. They don’t deserve any business.
