I've lived in Owatonna for 5 years I've been going to this holiday gas station for 5 years. tonight I encountered a lady who Came over the loudspeaker asking me to move my car over there.. For the last several weeks they have been under construction they have porta potties out in the parking lot. There is also half of the parking lot that is getting new gas pumps so it's all tore up on half of the building. Then on the gas pumps That were in service ,are all being used so there was absolutely no where else to park. I won't be back to this location they lost a good customer
Right off the interstate 35 and across from Arby's. Enterance and roads around it are a bit confusing as to what's parking lot and where the road is.
Your scan pay doesn’t work. Very frustrating.
I walked in there this morning and was disgusted with the smell and the service... got a snapple from the cooler and it was warm, there was no coffee and I just was not happy. Usually I love holiday ...
I love this store as it is very convenient quick and fast service. I love how all store employees are friendly nice and quick to help and serve. The store has a wonderful selection and sales always going on!!!! This station is my Quick Trip for my busy life!!!!
Paid for the best car wash and it was not good, only lasted a minute and short drying time
Bought a car wash. Went to the back it was closed so I went into get a refund and they wouldn’t issue a refund. Highly recommend not buying a car wash from them. Cheaper than anywhere else for gas tho
Left work on a ten minute break to get cigarettes at 11 pm and the clerk was on what appeared to be a personal call on the store phone the entire time with 3 other customers waiting to be checked out. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The 8 minutes i spent waiting i couldve gone to kwik trip got my smokes twice.
I purchased a car wash, the door wouldn't open all the way press the help button repeatedly but to no avail. Went inside just to get a go try again, came back second time so they would tell me it never happens after I saw three cars go through the same I asked for a refund and of course they refused, if the cashier Katelyn could get her self away from flirting with every male customer that walked in she would be able to see in the cameras how the door to the car wash was stucked. I showed her a picture of the message on the screen and she just stared at it I don't think she can read
I was here Dec 23rd late. There was a young man and a young lady running the place from what I could see. An elderly man came into the store looking for help on finding a hotel that wasn't booked (due to a blizzard) the young man went out of his way to help the customer and basically found him a hotel room when he didnt have to. The elderly man was def in distress because of the snow and ice. Both employees had excellent customer service to me and the elderly man! 5 STAR EMPLOYEES

I go to this station every week day. The staff are amazing and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. I use this station in Owatonna exclusively due to the friendly staff. Thanks for all you do!
This store is managed well, has a car wash, good gas prices, and compressed air is free. They recently replaced their coffee machines with better-brewing, less wasteful devices. The staff is pleasant and they keep the store clean. This is why I buy my gas and treats here.
The girl behind counter was very rude.
