This happened on March 23,2023. Well I don’t buy my drinks or shop at any caribou Coburn anymore! First, kept getting charged between $15-17.50 for a Large carmel cooler with extra shot and extra large turtle mocha! This price include 2 perk discount applied! Actual price should have been no more then $14.87 for the drinks with all perks applied! I did the research, the manager decided to bash me instead! When I question the original price and etc, they dropped it to down to $16.50! So said forget it! Called Caribou customer service to complain! The Caribou manager, emailed me stating that I disrespected and belittled her employee! Yet I did no such thing! I speak loud due to my children hearing impairment, at no time did I even disrespect her employee, or belittle her! I felt more disrespected from the manager because she served me before and I question the price difference, and learn it’s due to tax and up charge by the different stores but not by more then .50 cent from customer services! I felt more discriminated due to my speech, skin color, and watching the white female employee slight smile smirk, as I ask why it cost more for the drink! Yet, I tip good depending on how good the drinks are done right! Needless to say I stop going to all coburns because I as an Asian felt racism and discrimination at this store and never stepping a foot in another Coburns period! I drive the extra mile to get better services and treated better by others!
The girls always seem so nice but my drinks are never right. I order the caramel cooler every time and it’s different every single time I get it. Sometimes it white, sometimes it’s caramel colored and sometimes it’s black! Today I got a free large hot chocolate for my birthday, the girls were super nice and wished me a happy birthday and then gave me a cup that was half empty … ugh. It’s a shame because this Otsego location is so close to my house and on the way to everything but at this rate I’d rather drive to a further one to make sure it’s correct.
I love caribou but this location is actually the worst. Always takes over 7 minutes for two drinks for me and my husband, and our sandwiches are never hot. We go to this location a lot because it’s on the way for us but it’s always so bad. The workers are friendly but I’m sorry they are not good at their job. Today we waited for 10 min, paid $7 for each coffee and they forgot to add the syrups. And the sandwiches were not hot again. Do better.
Ya know I understand your busy it’s early morning but I have to whine a little bit love the location but the two girls who were working this morning don’t seem to listen I ordered a XL turtle with 3 extra shot s of espresso and it doesn’t seem right to me. I don’t think I will ever come back to the location again sorry tired of being ripped off
Good smoothies, average price. I was taken aback by the swift and lovely customer service. Something about the drink didn't sit right, but that's a me problem.
There is the sweetest teenage girl named Hannah who I am always excited to see working. She makes the best drinks and always is smiling, makes the visits to this location enjoyable.

Felt light when I got it. Took the lid off.. I think they forgot some🤔
I don't know how but my drink was messed up 3 times, each time it tasted like a totally different drink (all disgusting) I ordered a crafted press. The first one was an entire ice cube, straw wouldn't even go in the cup it was literally a solid cup of straight ice. 2nd time after they emptied half of the cup it tasted like a black watered down coffee. 3rd time tasted like a moldy banana. How do you get vanilla to taste like an overpowering moldy banana. And the other drink I ordered tasted like someone washed their sweaty foot in it. The trashiest cbou I've ever tried. Literally had to throw away the drinks because they were make-you-sick bad. 🙄 wish I would've just gotten a refund
Love this place. The girls that work here are incredible and hard workers. Reese especially is very sweet and on her game!
This Caribou is the reason I now drink Starbucks. I have given them so many chances but 4+ times something has been wrong with my order.
Ordered two drinks. One hot and one iced. There seemed to be a bit of a mix up with the headset, not a huge deal but kinda strange. Finally pull up to the window pay and just sit there.... When I was handed the hot drink the girl said a different drink and was sassy when I verified the drink name that I had ordered. Then when she handed me the iced coffee... I don't drink iced coffee so I'm not 100% sure what it should look like. But the window was shut and no one was there. I didn't have time to sit there so I had to leave. I usually go to a different location and I think I'll be sticking with them.
I come to this location for convenience but it seems it be worth my money to drive to the next nearest location. I come at least twice a week and order either of the same 2 drinks and it never fails I often get stuck with ice and creamer... I guess it depends on who is working because it can be a hit or miss but for nearly $6 a coffee I'd like to get the flavor from the specific coffee drinks I order (caramel high rise-iced or iced turtle mocha with white chocolate).
Super nice girls that work here and I love the convenient drive thru location! I’m pregnant and accidentally ordered a caffeinated drink and Becca was happy to remake it decaf for me without making me feel bad. I live close and will definitely be a regular 😊
They are absolutely amazing people that work here in the morning. they get a kick when I walk through the drive-thru because I can't fit a school bus through it. They are absolutely kind-hearted and friendly. Hands down the best Caribou coffee location I have ever been at and with me driving I go to a lot! Any chance I get to stop here I always do and I highly recommend people doing the same. I these people work here for quite some time and keep the friendly atmosphere alive. God bless you all and thank you so much for starting my mornings off in such a good way!
This is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee! Free wifi with lots of power outlets to plug in your devices. Plenty of seating. They even have a balcony with additional seating. Great breakfast sandwiches! Had a great egg, ham, and cheese sandwich on a croissant yesterday for breakfast. It was only four dollars and well worth it. They’ve got a speedy drive thru in case you’re in a hurry. Check this place out!
