I regularly meet up with people here and have a good experience with the friendly staff. Small space but there are some good tables and comfy chairs to sit at and it's not too bad to have a decently private conversation - usually there's enough bustle and noise to cover that up but not be overbearing. I appreciate the good coffee and the breakfast sandwich options Caribou has. Thanks!
The staff made the drinks correctly the first time. I ordered a drink for my daughters teacher and I heard later that it was delicious.

We have had issues with drinks being wrong in the past but lately this hasn't happened. Today we received 2 caramel coolers that were warm with no ice blended into them. Didn't realize until we got home and tried them. Very disappointing.

First time I've been to this location in a long time and I absolutely loved it! Shirley was an absolute joy to talk to and the other woman (didn't get her name :( ) made my coffee quickly and was so incredibly nice. Thank you!
Waited 30min 2 americanos, no drive through, etc
My mocha with milk chocolate and two percent milk was delicious. The chocolatey, caffeinated rush made my morning instantly better. The cashier and the barista were both friendly and efficient.
