Typical Caribou with great staff.
Caribou is better than Starbucks
Great outlet. Loved the store setup, staff friendliness and the variety. I probably gave one star less because of cleanliness. Definitely some room for improvement there. But in general I loved the experience. Will definitely visit again.
Decent amount of seating. Cozy lay out and the staff are very friendly :)
The place was great, I got in & out quick which was good since I didn't have much time. Otherwise seemed like a nice, clean, quiet location with great service to keep in mind.

In a time where it seems that customer service is severely lacking it's very nice coming to a place like this where the staff is incredibly friendly, make a point to greet you and wish you a nice day, and not make you feel like they're just trying to get you out of their face as fast as possible. I love this location.
Today did get a latte better with my vanilla northern lite latte!! Quick service, clean inside and clean bathrooms!
Don’t go inside. 8 people working and only 1 dedicated to counter. Took 13 minutes for two decaf americanos and a hot chocolate. Drive through averaged around a minute wait. Plan your morning around getting coffee. Update: Six months later I try again. Still horrible service. Waited in line over ten minutes. Last time coming here. Did it to myself. Not again.
