They handed me cream for my coffee to use at the cash register, at 9am, because they hadn't bothered to put any out!

A tad slow on getting drinks, but to be expected as they're usually quite busy...specifically with take out orders. There is one gentleman there when I go every Saturday (patron), that somewhat brings me the creeps...overall it's a solid Caribou.

I have visited this caribou a few times. The first time I visited it was extremely busy and the staff was rocking it! While I was at the pickup counter I said "you guys are rocking it." No one must have heard me because there was no acknowledgment. I return another morning and I had a new person helping me at the register. Morgan was of great help and he was always wearing such a beautiful smile. He got my dog a pup cup which made both my dog and I happy. I returned the next day to fill my coffee addiction again. I went to the drive-thru this time and I was not surprised when I got to the window that it was Morgan helping me again. His customer service is top-notch and makes me want to continue to frequent this location!

This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute friendliest and my coffee order is always spot on. It’s my dogs favorite place as well lol. Some of the recent bad reviews seem to be really unfair given the current staffing shortages that are being seen EVERYWHERE. I’ve never had a problem here ☺️
Slow on the drive thru. Ordered ahead and they seemed confused with filling my order of s small apple Blast.
Open only to drive thru and online order pickup. Why? Covid, the staffing shortage? Sure. Currently sitting in another Caribou, not too far from this one, in a clean, comfortable indoor setting.
Worst drive-thru experience/ customer service! They ask you so many questions before taking an order… You can scan my perks number at the window Because I’m paying on my app anyway…you don’t need to ask me my phone number at the drive-thru! The staff doesn’t seem to care that it’s disrupting to traffic at times making cars wait in the street. I almost saw someone walking their dog get hit by a car. Move it along Caribou staff… Unless you’re more concerned with yourselves instead of customer experience and safety
This Caribou location has so many great employees and they are doing an amazing job, even through the labor shortage!
