they didn’t blend my blended drink very well, mine was all runny and i wasn’t happy about it, please do better!
Not sure how they are so incompetent the barista's cannot even make a proper French vanilla cappuccino! Worst Caribou ever!
Really rude customer service. I get it maybe you were having a bad day but you get paid for YOUR job, You chose it. It doesn’t mean you have to be crabby towards your customers

We waited in line behind one car for nearly 10 minutes, that person was on hold because they asked him to hold... then when it was finally our turn to order, they asked us to hold as well, we waited nearly 10 minutes and they still had not returned to take our order, so we left un-served... never waited at a Caribou with such a small drive-thru line for so long.... doesn't even make sense. Edit: Even though I was angry the day it happened, out of respect for an overall great company, I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars, but Caribou in mora needs to remember that customer service is very important and you can't leave customers hanging for several minutes...I have never had a bad experience at any other Caribou and I'm a regular. 🙂
