I have been extremely disappointed with the service here the last two times I have stopped. Most recently I stood at the register for 10 minutes without being helped. Leaving without service is something I don’t do often.
This location is consistently struggling with staffing issues. Pay your staff a liveable wage and maybe you would find employees. If not shut the store down, it’s a joke. The staff is phenomenal, the people are always kind and upbeat despite the staffing issues and it is awful to watch a company that has so much money do nothing to help this store or the people who are attempting to keep it open. Regardless of franchise or not franchise I’m not sure of this location, the way it seems the staff are treated here is deplorable. 1 person can’t keep doing multiple peoples jobs for 10$ per hour. I tried to go here because it’s a small town and these are the options for a bagel, but I feel such guilt going through the drive through when it’s two teenagers stuck doing all of the work. I’ve visited this location quite a few times in the past year, and it’s either closed because no staff or it’s overworked teenagers.
It's a nice place to go on a date with a warm atmosphere. It's clean and well kept. The service is excellent as well.
It is rather pricey, but the staff was amazing and the food was fantastic! When I get back to the area, it will definitely be a place I'll go back to visit.
Love the hot Chai latte! A bit loud in here, which makes it hard to have a conversation.
Always friendly, helpful, and usually fairly quick. I'd like it if pumpkin menu was closer to fall so it lasted more through actual Thanksgiving. Baked goods usually sell put fast, but we also enjoy the sandwiches.
Coffee was what you would expect. Although it took almost 10 minutes to get one order. That was not so good.
I placed a mobile order around 6:30 AM on 10/07/2022 and it was disgusting. I got there around 6:40 AM, the worker was extremely nice. My hot coffee was cold and my chocolate croissant was barely warm anymore. You can tell they'd been sitting out for a long period of time. I threw my coffee in the trash right when I got home, as I know it wasn't made fresh. Who knows who that coffee belonged to before I intercepted it. This will be the last time I go to caribou, i have been coming here for a very long time and the quality has done nothing but deteriorate throughout the years. I always order under my husband, Josh R.
Walked in and ordered from counter. Prompt and polite service, and drink was money!

Customer service has really been lacking here. They are usually rude and don’t like to accommodate. And the drinks are a hit and a miss. Sometimes they are just packed with too much sugar or they taste like water. However, they do have lots of sugar free options and a pretty good variety of drinks.

First time doing drive through. Order was accurate and service was relatively quick. Better than some times when I place my order ahead using the app for walk-in pick up.

"Life is short, stay awake for it" too true. This place has caffeine, you can also order your caffeine so it tastes better. Great place!
Staff friendly and welcoming. The food is ok, but not as good as before with Einstein Bagels. Ham and cheese croissant was flat and seemed premade, not fresh. Turkey sandwich was a mess! Removed all chips as option now. Need to work on presentation and flavor.
Service is marginal and they expect a tip without providing service that deserves a tip.
