Great ambience- great drink- friendly staff!
They have the most delicious breakfast sandwiches and their mochas aren't that bad either. I would recommend giving them a try sometime they will not disappoint.
I visit your cafe quite often and there is a few things I have noticed. Sometimes when I come to blackwater there is no clean tables and the floor is dirty. I recently stopped there for lunch with several friends and did not appreciate how the staff did not have their hair tied back or out of the way. One of my friends found hair in their food and it looks very bad for the business.
The service was amazing! They knew the menu and had amazing recommendations. The shop is adorable a inviting and they apparently have a live band Wednesdays! The food is awesome. Those girls as young as they were had great customer service. Very accomadating.
Never knew this place existed until a coworker suggested it. Since I’m always driving by around lunch time, I try to stop in every week or two. Very good sandwiches and a nice place to do some remote work if needed.
This place is so cute and I wanted to love it. We’ve been up since 4 am traveling. We were so excited to find Blackwater. There were only guests at 2 other tables when we arrived. The breakfast menu was small, mostly sandwiches which we love. There were 3 of us that ordered a sandwich and cup of regular coffee each (no espresso or specialty drinks). After the tip our bill was just shy of $30. I’m in the food business so I understand food costs. Two of our sausage and egg sandwiches were cold when we bit into them. I brought them back to the server & told her about it. She was polite and apologetic and put them back in the oven. When we got them back to our table they still were not hot. The place also needs a good cleaning. The exterior of the garbage can was filthy and the floor was dirty. We cleaned off our table before we sat down. I totally understand things looking a little rough during rush times, but this was not the case today.

Went as location looked cute and close. The front counter person did not engage in an communication at all. Didn't say hi, than you, not even said do you want side or dressing. Nothing. If you want to charge $60 and expect a tip I'd hire people who want to work Sunday 4pm dinner shift staff was not in the mood to work.
Great food and ambience. They often have live music Wednesday mornings. Guitars, fiddles etc. Excellent musicians!!
They make some great sandwiches at a decent price. Best homemade rice crispy bars around!
Good atmosphere, amazing customer service, but I did have their tapioca boba and it was very crunchy and afterwards it hurt my stomach. Definitely need to fix that.
Such great service and tasty food. We love Sam! Only negative is that The tapioca boba is crunchy and ruins the tea. Otherwise great food, atmosphere and service!
I recommend their pesto margarita flatbread and strawberry matcha tea. Both have AMAZING flavor!
Zero star if I could. I’m sorry but my first time visit there will be my last (unless I’m desperate). Went to the drive thru because it was cold out and was only passing through. I was surprised to find boba on their menu and decided to give it a try. We ordered a cappuccino and taro bubble tea. The Cappuccino came out basically as a latte, no foam at all. Anyone would know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino; at least a trained barista. The Boba pearls was hard, barely cooked on the inside (Pearls should be chewy). The two girls working there when I came through did not give off a friendly vibe at all either. Both seemed like teenagers who didn’t give a care about customer service. When taking my orders the one I was talking to didn’t seem inviting and knowledgeable about the boba questions or helpful. We left disappointed and annoyed.

Cute! Nice small town cafe with a small menu but their food is delicious and their prices are fair. On top of that, whatever you order they make so fast. It's literally fast food. Highly recommend this place

If I could leave ZERO stars if I could , I’m a regular every day I’m greeted with a smile and extra love & today I was not very happy the young gal at the front counter thought that it was way more important to finish her text message before coming to the counter to ask what I wanted , and with that being said it’s the same drink I order everyday and it was made all wrong.
This is my third time visiting the store. Tried two types of coffee and one sandwich, liked all of them. The staff is very friendly. Will come back again.
Friendly service, great atmosphere, HOWEVER their sandwiches were Very Small/Light. Hardly any meat on the Rueben and toasted to almost burnt. Same with the spicy turkey. Not sure how they expect any return customers, we will Not be returning.
