My spouse and I stopped in because we were looking for a local coffee shop that wasn’t part of a chain. We had such a delightful experience and our specialty drinks were perfect (americano and miel latte). We will be back, this is going to be our local coffee spot!
Adorable coffee shop with kind and friendly owners. They have a lot of classic espresso staples like the cortado and flat white, as well as fun drinks like their salty maple latte and London fog. Dog friendly
My iced vanilla oat milk latte is always wonderful here. Love the new interior from the woodwork to the lights. The best thing though is the owners and the customer service, all of the people I’ve interacted with are so friendly. So thankful to have high quality coffee along with friendly people behind the counter back in a Lake Elmo coffee shop. The scone I had was also fantastic, not too dry like some can be.
Good selection of coffee and staff was so friendly. My iced latte was delicious. Will definitely be back! So glad to have a new place in our little town.
Nice little coffee shop in Lake Elmo. Very cheerful baristas and couldn’t be happier with how the coffee tasted! Got a salted maple and a mocha. Will be back!
Awesome coffee shop with great pastries and coffee. The Chai Latte and London Fog were 10/10 good.

Delicious coffee, fabulous environment (bright, peaceful, welcoming) and amazing owners! They welcomed me even though they weren't officially open yet, made me feel right at home as I camped out to work for a bit. I'm so happy Lake Elmo has this delightful hang out!
My daughter and I stopped here Friday 4/28/23 on K day off. We had a great time. The owners were so welcoming and personable. The atmosphere was full of light and so joyful. It's a place you will want to gather and we will visit time and time again. There were educational magazines for my 6yo to read. No matter what age you'll like it here and want to stay for the sense of community they have created. It is truly a gem in downtown Lake Elmo. Thank you and welcome to the neighborhood Sunshine Coffee Co.
So much brighter and inviting than the previous coffee shop. The staff was so welcoming and kind as well! Prices are also great and the coffee was delicious, as well as the warm chocolate chip cookies We will for sure be back!
Amazing little coffee shop in Lake Elmo! Finally really good coffee that is not a chain! I stopped in for their ‘soft opening’ today and loved my latte. Great coffee with local whole milk. Plus a bright, cheerful atmosphere. I will definitely be a regular here!
Awesome little coffee shop with homemade pastries and in-house roasted beans. Employees are very passionate about their coffee quality!
I had some of their coffee and pastries when my crew used their shop for a filming location. I enjoyed the coffee so much that I left with a bag of their Colombian Decaf roast! It's a gorgeous little shop with bright, natural lights, and comfortable seating. My latte was perfect, and the scones + cookies were incredible!
